RESTORING THE PUBLIC TRUST IN THE RULE OF LAW

In President Trump's inauguration speech, Trump claimed the 2020 Presidential election was arguably rigged and promised he would restore the American people's faith and trust in the Rule of Law.

The 2020 Presidential election was the most controversial in US History, where allegations of election rigging and voter mail-in ballot fraud, if true, undermine our election system. For obvious reasons, the Biden administration ignored these allegations.

This article does not rehash the results of the 2020 presidential election because it does not change the fact that Joseph Biden became the 46th President.

The incoming Trump administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are at a critical juncture. Their expertise and commitment to justice can be pivotal in rectifying a grave injustice by restoring the public trust in the Rule of Law. ¹

“To restore the trust of the American people in the Rule of Law, a trust upon which this nation was founded, which is necessary to its successful functioning and the continuation of our democratic system of government, there must be a complete and thorough investigation of the greatest example of a brazen violation of that trust, that is the crime of conspiring to interfere with the elections for the President of the United States of America, and crimes related thereto, in violation of the criminal laws of the United States of America. Only then can the truth be revealed to the American public so we can ensure that this is not ever again attempted or repeated. This primary goal of the investigation should be to reveal the truth, which would ensure accountability, even if it falls short of the usual goal of bringing criminal charges, convictions, and sentencing.”

Pursuing a conspiracy investigation would be the proper solution for restoring public trust in the election system. It would answer the question for every American and elected official: How do we move forward as a country in restoring public confidence and faith in the election and Justice systems if those who organized the election interference in the 2016 Presidential election, the rigging of the 2020 Presidential Election and the weaponization of the DOJ in using Lawfare in interfering in the 2024 Presidential election are not held accountable? ²

The eighth edition of the Federal Prosecution of Election Offenses manual, a key resource for federal prosecutors and investigators, sets out guidelines to help discharge the United States Department of Justice's responsibility in attacking corruption in the election process with all available statutes and theories of prosecution. ³

An investigation by the DOJ Election Crimes Branch within the Public Integrity Section, the Department Civil Rights Division, and the Federal Election Commission (FEC) civil enforcement unit is crucial. They will be looking into the allegations of corruption of the election process to determine if the claims of election interference in three Presidential elections 2016, 2020 and 2024 have merit in meeting the criminal Conspiracy elements under Federal criminal statutes 18 USC 371, Conspiracy to defraud the American public; 18 USC 241 Conspiracy Against Rights; Deprivation of Rights under the Color of Law 18 USC 242; and Conspiracy to cause illegal voting, False Information in, and Payments for Registering and Voters 18 USC 1030 (C). ⁴⁵

The Biden Administration DOJ and the FBI's lack of transparency in covering up allegations of election crimes by misleading the public with claims of 'no evidence' of election interference in the 2020 Presidential election of election rigging and voter mail-in fraud are deeply concerning. The public has a right to know the truth, and this lack of transparency only serves to deepen the mistrust in our institutions. ⁶ ⁷ ⁸ ⁹¹⁰ ¹¹

The US recognized that to reach the upper echelons of those who planned, organized, and implemented a secretive and sinister plan for unlawful purposes, effective conspiracy laws and the ability to enforce them were necessary to counter the threat posed by a well-designed Conspiracy.

The term 'Conspiracy' carries a weight of intrigue and complexity. In the context of the 2016, 2020, and 2024 presidential elections, it denotes a plot so clandestine and intricate that direct evidence of the conspiratorial agreement is often elusive. This complexity is further underscored by the US Supreme Court's legal stance that the existence of a Conspiracy can be deduced from circumstantial evidence.

The Conspiratorial agreement itself does not have to be formal and is legally sufficient to have some concert of action (overt act) in which the parties work together with some standard design and purpose of understanding. A tacit knowledge of the goal is sufficient. Each party to the Conspiracy is not required to know the number or identity of all the other conspirators or the details of the Conspiracy. The bottom line is that all that is necessary is that each conspirator knows that the enterprise has a broader scope for its success and organization than disclosed by each conspirator's participation in the Conspiracy. Conspiracy, codified in Federal law, is a recognition of a combination of people getting together to commit a specific crime that is more dangerous to the public because it's more likely to succeed.

The Russian Hoax conspiracy was a calculated ploy by the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to deceive the public and undermine the credibility of then Presidential Candidate Trump and his team. This deliberate act, promoted with the aid of a complicit media, was designed to sway voters in the 2016 election, underscoring the serious legal implications of such actions. ¹²

The Obama administration continued the agreement after Trump was elected President by establishing the formation of the resistance movement within the Federal Bureaucracy and the weaponization and politicization of the DOJ, the FBI, and the IC to obstruct the Trump Presidency. The Biden administration continued the conspiratorial agreement using the Lawfare theory of 'Show Me the Man, I Will show you the crime,' which suggests that a person can be found guilty of a crime, not because they have committed it, but because they are a political enemy. This theory was used to prevent Trump from running for President in the 2024 election. ¹³ ¹⁴ ¹⁵ ¹⁶

The 'statute of Limitations' is a crucial legal concept in conspiracy cases. It begins to run once the commission of the last overt act alleged in furtherance of the Conspiracy. This understanding is vital for the investigation and prosecution of such cases.

The last overt act of the Conspiratorial agreement was Trump's indictment and conviction in New York in May 2024, using the Lawfare theory of "show me the man, and I will show you the crime." Trump's conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree extended the statute of limitations to December 2029 for investigation and prosecution purposes. ¹⁷ ¹⁸ ¹⁹ ²⁰

VENUE IN A CONSPIRACY PROSECUTION LIES IN ANY JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN WHICH ONE OF THE OVERT ACTS COMMITTED IN THE FURTHANCE OF THE CONSPIRACY.

The raid on the Maro logo by the DOJ/FBI in August 2022 was a significant event. It allowed the Trump Administration DOJ to change the venue for prosecution purposes from the District of Colombia to the Southern District of Florida, which had implications for the legal proceedings that followed.²¹ ²²

ORIGINS OF THE ELECTION INTERFERENCE CONSPIRATORIAL AGREEMENT

In the Special Council (SC) Durham finding report, Sussman Indictment, and Danchenko Indictment, SC Durham meticulously established a prima facie conspiracy case, demonstrating the commission of all elements of the Crime of Conspiracy under 18 USC 371, implicating the Obama Administration's attempt to defraud the American public by interfering in the 2016 Presidential election.²³ ²⁴ ²⁵

The findings of the Durham report confirmed that the Government had no evidence of Trump-Russian Collusion. The conclusions noted the Obama administration fabricated the Russian collusion narrative as part of a well-designed conspiracy plan. This plan was initiated by Hillary Clinton and the DNC and approved by Obama and Biden, implicating them in the Crime of the Century, the Conspiracy to destroy a duly elected President by interfering in the 2016 Presidential election. ²⁶ ²⁷

[Note: Here, the stark reality is that neither SC Durham nor SC Mueller ever delved into the origins of the Obama-Hillary-Biden-DNC plan from the perspective of a Conspiracy. Mueller was merely a puppet for the 18 Democratic-controlled members, particularly Andrew Weisman, who had their sights set on Trump. AG Barr shackled SC Durham's investigative scope, and it was clear that Durham would never stand a chance in the District of Colombia, given the corrupt judges, a prejudiced jury pool that predominantly voted Democrat, and the deep-seated animosity towards Trump.

That is why Durham didn't ask the Grand Jury for a conspiracy indictment; he knew no Grand Jury would return an actual bill of indictment. Instead, he was limited to conducting single-focus investigations on Sussmann and Danchenko lying to the FBI, resulting in acquittals. These limitations underscore the need for a more thorough approach. 

However, in his investigative findings and court filings, Durham painstakingly established and fulfilled all the elements required for the crime of Conspiracy under 18 USC 371, providing a comprehensive understanding of the situation. 

The only path to holding those responsible is through the lens of a genuine conspiracy investigation, starting from the roots and extending to the final overt act. The gravity of the situation necessitates nothing less than a thorough investigation. It's not just a matter of justice, but a vital step towards restoring faith in our political and legal systems.]

In June 2015, The FBI targeted Donald Trump soon after he announced his presidential campaign by initiating an off-the-books operation ordered by FBI Director James B. Comey that predated the Crossfire Hurricane operation where two unnamed female FBI undercover agents infiltrated Trump's 2016 campaign and directed to act as "honeypots" while traveling with Trump and his campaign. ²⁸

The FBI has open up and investigation into former FBI Director Comey actions into this Honey Pot operation targeting then Presidential Candidate Trump. This is significant as it goes to the origins of how the Conspiracy began. Comey didn’t do this on his own and hopefully the investigation will identify those in the Obama administration whom Comey had discussions with.] ²⁹

On February 28, 2025, newly appointed Director of the FBI Kash Patel wrote in a post on the social platform X that “A female agent was falsely referenced in the media this week as part of an alleged whistleblower disclosure- she was NOT a honeypot.”

Patel stated “I have reviewed the matter, again, and she did the limited job assigned to her. These actions were also reviewed by Special Counsel John Durham, and he found no evidence of any wrongdoing by her,” the director said. “This agent has dedicated her life to public service, and I will have her back for it.”

Patel unequivocally stated the stories were not true of the former Director Comey running an off-book Honey Pot operation and that it was important for him to set the record straight.³⁰

In April 2016, Susan Rice, Obama's National Security adviser, FBI Director Comey, James Clapper, NDI, and AG Lynch purportedly met in the White House to discuss the Trump Team appointments of Page, Manafort, Flynn, and Papadopoulos.

On April 1, 2016, FBI Headquarters directed the FBI/New York Division to open a Counterintelligence investigation on Carter Page, knowing that Page was a CIA asset.

In April 2016, CIA Director Brennan set up two Counterintelligence fusion cells, one at the CIA and the other at the FBI, targeting Page, Manafort, Flynn, and Papadopoulos. ³¹

These revelations corroborate that the Obama administration's FBI and CIA begin investigating Trump and his team members in April 2016, using classified, unverified intercepts of Russian officials from the British Intelligence Service as the basis for their intelligence probes into the Trump campaign in creating the illusion that the Russians were the responsible party.

The FBI lied to the public when they FBI said the origins of their Crossfire Hurricane investigation began in May 2016 with a meeting between Alexander Downer, the Australian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, and George Papadopoulos in a London bar.

2016 CONSPIRATORIAL AGREEMENT OF ELECTION INTERFERENCE

In the summer of 2016, GCHQ's then-head, Robert Hannigan, passed highly sensitive material to the CIA chief, John Brennan. This material indicated that the Russians had intercepted a plan by Hillary Clinton and the DNC to taint Trump with Russian Collusion. The GCHQ's actions were significant as they marked the beginning of a series of events that led to a major inter-agency investigation into members of Team Trump, rather than into Hillary Clinton and the DNC's actions as initially suggested. ³² ³³ ³⁴

CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation. Then, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved, Director Brennan asked FBI Director Comey on July 25, 2016, to open up four counterintelligence investigations into Trump and Trump's campaign team. It begs the question, why did President Obama allow these investigations to go forward after being briefed by Director Brennan if Obama knew this was a criminal scheme by the Clinton campaign and DNC to interfere in the 2016 election by tainting Trump with Russian Collusion? ³⁵

On October 6, 2020, former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified handwritten notes of CIA Director John Brennan. The document corroborates the evidence of Hillary Clinton's and the DNC's conspiracy plan to interfere in the 2016 Presidential election. The declassified note says, "alleges Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016, of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security service. ³⁶

In early September 2016, the CIA sent a referral memo to the FBI to look into the allegations of the Clinton DNC disinformation plan, but the FBI ignored it. Brennan's notes and the CIA referral memo to the FBI are significant because they prove the existence of a conspiratorial plan by Hillary Clinton/DNC to defraud the American public in the 2016 POTUS election. Therefore, the records are documentary evidence confirming the conspiratorial agreement establishing a crime under 18 USC 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Yahoo NEWS, in Late July 2018, reported that The Obama White House held special meetings related to the Russia investigation after the discovery of the Hillary/DNC plan. ³⁷

NSA Rice informed principals and deputies that they could not bring staffers to the White House's Situation Room meeting.

The in‑house video feed of the Sit Room—without audio—would be available to national security officials at the White House and elsewhere. These officials could at least see that a meeting was in progress and who was attending.

For the meetings related to the Russian hack, Susan Rice, Obama's national security adviser, ordered the video feed turned off. She did not want others in the national security establishment to know what was under way, fearing leaks from within the bureaucracy.

Rice would chair the principals' meetings — which brought together Brennan, Comey, Kerry; Director of National Intelligence James Clapper; Defense Secretary Ash Carter; Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson; Treasury Secretary Jack Lew; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — with only a few other White House officials present, including White House chief of staff Denis McDonough; homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco, and Colin Kahl, Vice President Joe Biden's national security adviser who would brief Biden.

OVERT ACTS 2016 ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE FBI AND THE IC

The Durham report findings, a meticulously conducted investigation into the 2016 election interference, determined no evidence of Trump-Russian Collusion. It also concluded that the FBI never had any legal basis to open its inquiry into Trump and his team members. In his report, Durham wrote: "Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation." Crossfire Hurricane is the FBI codename for the investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign.

The most significant and damning piece of evidence is how they manufactured evidence in the Alfa Bank ruse and inserted it into the bogus Steele dossier.

SC Durham describes the modus operandi or the means of the conspiracy plan of how the Clinton campaign and DNC lawyers Michael Sussman and Marc Elias implemented the criminal conspiracy scheme. First, they paid a technology company to create falsified documents, white papers, and data files, purporting a secret communications channel between the Trump organization and the Russian-connected Alfa Bank.

Secondly, they used this technology company to penetrate Trump Tower, the Trump NY apartment, and the White House server. Thirdly, they provided the information to Steele.

Finally, Glen Simpson, founder of Fusion GPS, back in the late 2000s, conceived a legal dirty trick concept of "guilt by association," on how opposition research" could be used against their political opposition by tying them to Russian Oligarchs and Russian government officials, giving the appearance to the public that they were colluding with the Russians. The Clinton campaign and the DNC took Fusion GPS Glen Simpson's opposition research idea was criminalized and weaponized by the Obama administration by manufacturing and manipulating opposition research information for criminal purposes in defrauding the American public that Trump and members of his team were colluding with the Russians. [Note: The idea that this was just a dirty campaign trick and not illegal, as purported by the media and their pundits, is wrong: what they did was a crime!]

Manufactured the False Narrative in the Steele dossier promoting the "Big Lie" of nefarious Trump Russian Organized Crime Associations and that Trump was a puppet for Putin.

The Durham report showed that the information for the bogus Steele dossier was a Clinton-DNC paid-for disinformation dossier that originated from associates within the Clinton and DNC orbits, not the Russians, as part of their Machiavellian plan of making the Russians the responsible party to hide their criminality in framing Trump and his team for crimes they didn't commit.

SC Durham, in his findings, proved how the Steele dossier was invented out of whole cloth and consisted almost entirely of rumors, innuendo, and outright falsehoods fabricated by Russian "sources." Durham, in his findings, described how former Brookings Institution policy analyst Igor Danchenko, a Russian national on Steele's payroll, had been under investigation by the FBI for espionage; Olga Galkina, a Cyprus-based Russian national who was a press secretary to a Russian tech company living in Cyprus; having ambitions of joining the State Department under Hillary Clinton if Hillary won the presidential election; and Democratic National Committee (DNC) operative Charles Dolan who had lengthy ties to the Democratic Party and was a registered agent for the Russian Government.

The FISA warrant abuse, a deceitful and blatant act of deception, was used to spy on Trump and his team, a clear violation of their rights and a gross misuse of power that should outrage every American.

Former FBI Lawyer Kevin Clinesmith's guilty plea for altering an email from the CIA about former Trump Campaign Advisor Carter Page is a stark example of deceit and betrayal. The modified information was used in the FISA warrant renewal applications, further undermining the integrity of the investigation and leaving a bitter taste of betrayal in the mouths of the American people. ³⁸

FRAMING OF GENERAL FLYNN

On April 29, 2020, an article in Just the News by John Solomon titled "News FBI notes detail effort to catch Flynn in Lie to get him fired as Trump advisor. “What is our goal? truth/admission or to get him to lie so we can prosecute or get him fired?”³⁹ ⁴⁰ ⁴¹

Fabrication of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) report in combination with the Steele Dossier were the fact documents used by the Obama administration to deceive the public. The ICA report, a compilation of intelligence from all 17 intelligence agencies in the Intelligence Community, was used to give the appearance that there was consensus among all agencies that 'Vladimir Putin ordered 'the hacking and leaking of Clinton campaign emails 'to help Trump's chances of victory.' This revelation should leave every American feeling disillusioned with the previous administration. ⁴²⁴³

On September 24, 2020, Real Clear Investigations published a timely and significant article by Paul Sperry titled "Secret Report: How CIA's Brennan Overruled Dissenting Analysts Who Concluded Russia Favored Hillary." ⁴⁴

Sperry revealed that former CIA Director John Brennan took a personal interest in editing a crucial section of the intelligence report on Russian interference in the 2016 election. He even assigned a political ally to lead the writing, after career analysts disputed Brennan's belief that Russian leader Vladimir Putin intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the White House. This information comes from two senior US intelligence officials who have seen classified materials detailing Brennan's role in drafting the document.

Sperry discovered that one of the CIA operatives who assisted Brennan in drafting the ICA, Andrea Kendall-Taylor, was a financial supporter of Hillary Clinton during the campaign. This operative is also a close colleague of Eric Ciaramella, identified last year by RCI as the Democratic national security "whistleblower" whose complaint led to Trump's impeachment, ending in Senate acquittal in January 2020.

Sperry reported the two officials said Brennan, who openly supported Clinton during the campaign, excluded conflicting evidence about Putin's motives from the report, despite objections from some intelligence analysts who argued Putin counted on Clinton winning the election and viewed Trump as a "wild card."

Sperry detailed the findings of the dissenting analysts, who concluded that Moscow favored Clinton because they believed she would work more amicably with its leaders, while they feared Trump's unpredictability. This insight into the geopolitical dynamics sheds light on the complex relationship between the US and Russia.

Sperry highlighted the analysts' plight, revealing that they were also subjected to political pressure to align with Brennan's judgment that Putin personally ordered "active measures" against the Clinton campaign to sway the election to Trump, despite the underlying Intelligence being "weak." This underscores the challenges faced by dissenting voices in the intelligence community.

On January 30, 2024, Paul Sperry, Real Clear Investigations, published an article titled "New CIA Director: Evidence Didn't Support Brennan's Explosive Trump-Russian Assessment. Sperry stated CIA Director Ratcliffe said in written testimony that the underlying evidence doesn't support former Obama Administration CIA Director John Brennan's conclusion that Russia interfered in the 2016 Presidential election to help Trump win. This revelation confirms the conspiratorial agreement of the plot to destroy Trump by interfering in a Presidential Election to deceive the American people. ⁴⁵

FBI Comey and McCabe said President Obama wanted all FBI information on the Steele Dossier included in the ICA, so the FBI pushed for its inclusion in the ICA's body. CIA Director Brennan disagreed, leaving the dossier out of the report instead of being put into Annex A of the ICA.

Conflicting testimony by CIA Director Brennan has sworn the dossier was not "in any way" used as a basis for the ICA, which conflicts with NSA Director Rogers's testimony. Rogers stated that the dossier was "added" as an "appendix to the ICA draft" and that consideration of that appendix was "part of the overall ICA review/approval process." That the dossier did factor in, Rogers has testified that while he was sure the Russians wanted to hurt Clinton, he wasn't as confident as CIA and FBI officials in their assessments designed to help Trump, explaining that such an assessment "didn't have the same level of sourcing and the same level of multiple sources."

MEDIA ROLE IN ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY PROMOTING THE BIG LIE THEORY

The Trump Russian hoax, a term used to describe the allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, is the most remarkable example of how effective this propagandist BIG LIE technique by the media worked on the American public. At the height of the media frenzy of the Hillary/DNC Russian hoax, the media spent 55% of their time promoting the fraud wherein the American public believed Trump or members of his team colluded with the Russians, Trump was a traitor and an illegitimate president that posed a danger democracy. ⁴⁶ ⁴⁷

The Obama administration orchestrated a massive disinformation campaign, strategically disseminating false information through selective media outlets, The Brookings Institution, and leaks from the FBI and Intelligence agencies. This was all part of a concerted effort to promote the Trump-Russian narrative, deceiving and influencing the American public into believing that Trump and his team colluded with the Russians, thereby insinuating that Trump was an illegitimate President. This deception should serve as a stark reminder of the need for caution and critical thinking when consuming media.

ALLEGATIONS OF RIGGING THE 2020 ELECTION

Following the 2020 Presidential Election, a pivotal moment in our nation's history, Time magazine released a cover story on February 15, 2021. Penned by political correspondent Molly Ball, this article unveiled a compelling narrative. It detailed how a group of influential figures had allegedly conspired to interfere in the election, a revelation that would reshape our understanding of the event and underscore the significance of the 2020 Presidential Election, a moment that will be remembered for its impact on our nation's history. ⁴⁸

"In a way, Trump was right," writes Time national political correspondent Molly Ball. "There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes." She later describes this "conspiracy" as something that "sounds like a paranoid fever dream — a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information." Yet Ball makes precisely these kinds of claims in the Time article and goes on to substantiate them." This article, published by a reputable and widely respected publication, provides significant evidence supporting Trump's claims of election rigging. ⁴⁹

Titled 'Rigged: How the media, Big Tech, and the Democrats seized our elections,' Hemingway's work exposed the fraud and the influential roles of the media, Big Tech, and Democratic operatives in manipulating the election process. This fearless investigative journalism by Hemingway reassured the public that the truth would not be buried from the American people, shedding light on the significant influence of these entities. Hemingway's book empowers us with the knowledge to understand and question the political landscape. ⁵⁰

Based on Mollie Hemingway's exclusive interviews with campaign officials, reporters, Supreme Court justices, and President Trump himself, it exposes the fraud and cynicism behind the Democrats' historic power grab and the four-year campaign to destroy the Trump presidency. ⁵¹

Hemingway's book corroborates the information reported in The Time Magazine article that there was a continuation of the Conspiratorial agreement among a well-funded cabal of influential people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage, and control the flow of information to destroy Trump by interfering in the 2020 Presidential Election.

ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE FBI IN THE 2020 POTUS ELECTION

The FBI, during the 2020 election, contacted both Twitter and Facebook and falsely warned both companies that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation when available evidence proved that there was an actual laptop computer belonging to Biden's son Hunter. The FBI demanded that Twitter and Facebook censor any social media reports or data from Hunter's laptop. This censorship resulted in a reputable news agency, the New York Post, story of Hunter Biden's laptop being edited and suppressed from the American public. The effects of both Twitter and Facebook banning the Hunter Biden laptop story at the recommendation of the FBI resulted in the election swinging to Biden over Trump, implicating the FBI in inferencing in a POTUS election, which is a blatant violation of the law and a grave injustice. ⁵² ⁵³ ⁵⁴

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security, in collusion with Big Tech, actively suppressed and censored the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines from the American people during and after the 2020 presidential election, labeling information counter to their COVID narrative as disinformation. Marc Ellis, a Democratic Lawyer, the same person involved in concocting the 2016 Alfa Bank ruse that Trump was in communications with the Russians, used Lawfare to rig the 2020 Presidential election. The impact of Ellis's actions is not to be underestimated. He filed lawsuits using the COVID pandemic as the reason for circumventing state election laws, allowing the harvesting of ballots, and extending the deadlines for counting mail-in ballots.

ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE FBI IN THE 2024 POTUS ELECTION

During the January 30, 2024, confirmation hearing for Trump’s nominee to serve as FBI director, Kash Patel, Senator Grassley revealed the existence of whistleblower disclosures of e-mail records alleging the genesis of the federal election interference case by SC Smith against Trump began at the hands of FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault. ⁵⁵

Fox news reported that Senator Grassley, chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wis., Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations chair, shared internal FBI emails and predicating documents legally protected whistleblower disclosures with Fox News Digital.

One email, obtained and reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed Thibault communicating with a subordinate agent on Feb. 14, 2022. Thibault said: "Here is draft opening language we discussed," and attached material that would later become part of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s elector case.

Email, sent by Thibault on Feb. 24, 2022, to a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, John Crabb, states: "I had a discussion with the case team, and we believe there to be predication to include former President of the United States Donald J. Trump as a predicated subject."

April 11, 2022, e-mail shows Thibault approving the opening of Arctic Frost, and the next email, on April 13, 2022, was from an FBI agent to Thibault stating that the FBI deputy director approved its opening.

The e-mails are documentary evidence proving Thibault broke FBI protocol by opening an FBI investigation called “Arctic Frost,” which played a critical role in advancing the bureau’s original investigation related to SC Smith 2020 election investigation, tying President Trump to SC Smith probe without sufficient predication. [Note: The fact that both the FBI Crossfire Hurricane and Arctic Frost Investigations were opened without sufficient predication establishes a pattern of Conspiracy proving the FBI attempts to frame President Trump for crimes he didn’t commit in furtherance of the conspiratorial agreement of election interference in the 2016, 2020 and 2024 Presidential elections to destroy President Trump.]

OVERT ACTS 2020 ELECTION INTERFERENCE LETTER FROM 51 INTELLIGENCE OFFICIALS

Michael J. Morell Obama, former Acting CIA Director, provides stunning evidence that the now-infamous letter from 51 security officials in October 2020 was not an organic intelligence community event but rather a scheme blaming the Russians for helping Biden win the 2020 POTUS election.

In a sworn statement, Former Obama CIA Director Morell implicated Tony Blinken, a former Obama official and current Secretary of State for the Biden Administration. ⁵⁶

Morell stated that Blinken was behind orchestrating the disinformation letter from the 51 Intelligence officials on behalf of Biden's presidential campaign that prompted the infamous letter in which Morell and 50 fellow former intelligence officials falsely claimed that material from Hunter Biden's laptop published by The New York Post before the 2020 election was Russian disinformation. This admission by Morrell is a key piece of evidence (overt act) in deceiving the public in furtherance and continuation of the 2016 conspiratorial agreement by interfering in the 2020 POTUS Election to destroy Trump.

These 51 former intelligence officials, with full knowledge and intent, abused their former National Security positions and the public trust to deceive the American public. Their actions significantly impacted the 2020 POTUS election, influencing voters to cast their ballots for Biden over Trump. A Media Research Center poll illustrated this, showing that 45.1% of Biden voters were unaware of the laptop story, and 16% admitted that had they known, they would not have voted for Biden. This deceitful manipulation of information is a betrayal of the American public's trust. ⁵⁷

Renowned reporter John Solomon reported on the contents of an email CIA Director Brennan wherein Morrel asked Brennan if he (Morrel) could facilitate the overthrow of the United States government during the November 3, 2020, Presidential elections. ⁵⁸

The Twitter file releases corroborated the allegations by Time magazine of rigging the 2020 Presidential election by a well-funded cabal of influential people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. The Twitter files, a collection of internal documents from Twitter, illustrated a convergence of 'Big Brother' government, media, and big tech in a well-designed Machiavellian conspiracy plan to destroy Trump and interfere in Presidential elections. First, to control what the American public hears and reads to advance a Leninist ideology where conformity and authoritarian tyrannical Government become the new normal. ⁵⁹ ⁶⁰ ⁶¹

The importance of the Twitter files is that its additional evidence (overt acts) proves a pattern of Conspiracy in furtherance and continuation of the conspiratorial agreement by Hillary Clinton, DNC, Presidents Obama, and Biden to defraud the American public by interfering in three POTUS elections 2016, 2020 and 2024 to destroy Trump. By implementing a massive disinformation campaign promoting the bogus Clinton/DNC paid-for Steele dossier, conducting illegal surveillance of President Trump and his team, and executing a gigantic social media censorship program encompassing agencies across the Federal Government – from the FBI, DOJ, Department of State (DOS) to the Department of Defense (DOD) Pentagon to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to destroy the Trump Presidency and the Make America Great (MAGA) movement. The impact of this disinformation campaign cannot be overstated, as it has significantly influenced the outcomes of multiple elections.

In a Fox commentary article dated August 27, 2024, Jonathan Turley titled 'Meta CEO Zuckerberg admits he was part of the Biden-Harris censorship scheme. You've been warned, America.' In this article, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is quoted as stating in sworn Congressional testimony and in a letter that his company, Facebook, did yield to pressure from the Biden-Harris administration to censor American citizens on a wide array of subjects. Zuckerberg stated, 'I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it." ⁶²

Epoch Times brought to light the findings of a crucial 2020 government report, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by America First Legal. This report, a key piece of information deliberately kept from the public, revealed that the Government was fully aware of the potential for fraud in the voting system when using mail-in ballots. Instead of sharing this vital information, the Government, particularly the FBI in collusion with Big Tech, actively suppressed and censored Americans' allegations of fraud, dismissing them as disinformation. ⁶³

A lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt has exposed years of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memos, emails, and documents showing that DHS and the FBI are involved in an expansive government effort to influence tech platforms in policing misinformation and disinformation on the origins of COVID-19 pandemic, the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, US withdrawal from Afghanistan and the nature of the US support to Ukraine." As a result, Facebook created a unique portal for DHS and the FBI to report disinformation directly. ⁶⁴

The report by the Republican Staff Report Committee on the Judiciary and the lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt prove the existence of a conspiratorial plan to defraud the American public in the 2016 and 2020 POTUS elections.

2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION INTERFERENCE USING LAWFARE

On September 2, 2022, Margot Cleveland from the Federalist published an article titled "5 times the anti-trump FBI's trust us promise fell apart." Cleveland illustrates how the Biden administration allegedly implemented the big lie theory, and the corporate media continue to assure Americans that the FBI's raid on former president Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home was both legally justified and of the utmost necessity. This narrative, however, is reminiscent of the deep-state cabal and the leftist media cartel's similar assurances about Crossfire Hurricane and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's targeting of Trump, with the assurances later proving worthless. ⁶⁵

There is mounting evidence of a concerted effort by the Biden White House in coordinating the prosecutions of Trump. This revelation should raise serious concerns about the potential misuse of power and the dangers of political vendettas.

Margot Cleveland, a respected legal scholar, has connected the dots in her June 3, 2024, article in "The Federalist," showing the efforts by Biden's DOJ and the New York County (Manhattan) authorities to maliciously construct and execute a court case made of patently false charges against their principal political adversary, Donald Trump, by abusing state and federal law. ⁶⁶

On April 23, 2024, Sub Stack author Julie Kelly reported that Judge Cannon unredacted key evidence related to SC Smith's classified documents case against former President Trump. In her sub-stack article, Kelly provided copies of the unredacted documents showing what DOJ/Jack Smith wanted to conceal from the American people as proof of collaboration between the Biden White House and NARA to concoct a case against Trump. ⁶⁷

Another damning piece of information is the media reporting that the Biden White House is coordinating the prosecutions of Trump using Lawfare to destroy Trump from running for the presidency in 2024. The four indictments of Trump by DOJ and State Prosecutors in New York, Atlanta, Georgia, the District of Colombia, and the Southern District of Florida are additional overt acts establishing a continuation pattern of Conspiracy of the 2016 conspiratorial agreement to destroy Trump by Hillary, DNC, Obama, and Biden in interfering in three Presidential elections in 2016, 2020, and 2024. ⁶⁸ ⁶⁹ ⁷⁰

The DOJ/FBI had Hunter Biden's laptop since December 2019 yet failed to investigate allegations of influencing the peddling scandal involving President Biden and his family. Failing to investigate claims and hiding information from the public and Congress during the 2020 election is an overt act in furtherance of the Conspiracy to defraud the public. ⁷¹ ⁷²

In closing, these overt acts establish a pattern of Conspiracy corroborating the 2016 seditious Conspiracy agreement to destroy Trump by interfering in our Electoral process for three Presidential Elections: 2016, 2020, and 2024. With each subsequent overt act, whose purpose is to distract from and cover up their crimes from the American people, there is no longer any doubt this was a planned conspiracy to interfere with our election system. The Obama and Biden administrations weaponized and politicized the DOJ, FBI, and the IC, as evidenced by using the bogus Russian hoax to interfere in the 2016 election, continued the election interference by rigging the 2020 election, and tried to destroy Trump using Lawfare in the 2024 election.

To this day, no one in the Government, including Special Counsels Mueller and Durham, has thoroughly investigated the origins of Hillary Clinton-DNC Obama-Biden's designed conspiracy plan to destroy Trump by interfering in our election systems through the lens of a conspiracy investigation, which usually follows the evidence to its logical conclusion. The lack of transparency in this matter is alarming and should be a cause for concern for all Americans.

President Joe Biden regrets tapping Merrick Garland to be attorney general. He privately complains that the Department of Justice didn't do enough to prosecute President-elect Donald Trump, people familiar with his comments told The Washington Post. Biden's comment is an admission as it shows his knowledge of Trump's prosecution, implicating Biden in the Conspiracy to destroy Trump by using Lawfare, a term that refers to interfering in the 2024 Presidential election. ⁷³ ⁷⁴

Per investigative reporter Paul Sperry: Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told NSC staffers to “hold over” to the Trump White House to spy on and sabotage Trump just like the NSC holdovers CIA Ciaramella and Misko as well as Vindman and Fiona Hill did in early 2017. [Note: If True, Sullivan comments would be evidence of a crime to obstruct the Trump Presidency.] ⁷⁵

The incoming Trump administration has an opportunity to keep President Trump's promises of restoring public trust in the Rule of Law and our election system by holding people accountable for violating the law. Their actions in this regard could have a profound impact on the future of our democracy. Let's hope they have the political will to do so.
