PRESIDENT OBAMA "THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN"

What role did President Obama play in crime of the century, the Russian Hoax conspiracy to destroy Trump, what did he know and when did he know it?

Today, America is at a crossroads where the public trust in the American Justice system is eroding and hanging perilously by a thread. The betrayal by the Attorney General (AG), Prosecutors of the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of selective enforcement of our laws against its citizenry and hiding exculpatory evidence from defendants in criminal investigations has undermined the Rule of Law.

Our Country's legal foundation is rooted in the Rule of Law, Equal Justice under the Law, that no one is above the Law, and that every person is subject to the Law, versus those under an oligarchy, monarchy, or dictatorship where the rulers are above the Law.

The real threat to our democracy is the Obama and Biden Administrations violating the Rule of Law by misusing and abusing the state's political power to weaponize the DOJ/FBI/Intelligence Community (IC) in criminalizing political differences of those who oppose their radical agenda.

There is no longer any doubt that there is a two-tier justice system where those in power selectively apply the Law to destroy President Trump and the MAGA movement and the criminality of Hillary Clinton, President Obama, and President Biden and their ilk ignored. ¹ ² ³ ⁴

For the last six years, the public has observed that former President Trump has become the most investigated individual in US History, with numerous FBI investigations, two impeachment trials, the January 6 Committee Stalinist hearing inferring criminality by Trump, and now a Special Counsel (SC) investigation for interfering in 2020 POTUS election, mishandling of Classified Information (CI) and Obstruction of Justice. As of yet, these investigations have failed to produce evidence that would meet the elements of a criminal statute or the sufficient evidence standard that would stand up in a court of Law.⁵

[Note: The conundrum for AG Garland and DOJ is how DOJ justify indicting Trump based on information from the January 6 hearings and having Classified Information without indicting Hillary, Obama, and Biden for the same crimes they accuse Trump of? Especially when their actual evidence of criminality against Hillary, Obama, and Biden.]

The most salient point for the public is that there is still a legal pathway to restore the public trust in the justice system and the Rule of Law.

In 2025 a new President with a new AG will have three years left (2028) in finishing what Durham failed to do by conducting a conspiracy investigation from the origins of the conspiratorial agreement in connecting the dots of each overt act with the roles of those involved by obtaining their communications, combined with the evidence already documented by Durham and the Inspector General reports which I believe would provide the conclusive proof needed for the successful prosecution of those involved for their roles in the crime of the century, the Russian hoax. ⁶

THE DOJ/FBI/MUELLER'S FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND THE COVER-UP OF THE RUSSIAN HOAX CONSPIRACY

• The origins of the Russian hoax conspiratorial agreement of the Hillary/DNC/Obama/Biden designed plan to defraud the public was never investigated as a Conspiracy.

• Suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.

• Censorship and suppression of free speech, abuse of the color of authority against its citizenry.

• Obstruction of investigation by DOJ into the President Biden's pay for play influencing scheme.

This double standard of justice and politicization/weaponization of the Federal government didn't happen in a vacuum. It was all part of a well-designed plan implemented by President Obama and his ilk in the radical transformation of America.⁷ ⁸ ⁹ ¹⁰ ¹¹

The best way to explain President Obama's role in this well-designed scheme, the crime of the century, the Russian hoax conspiracy, is, to begin with, a historical timeline.

The timeline will show a pattern of conspiracy of how President Obama sowed the seeds of the plot by using executive orders to weaponize the Federal bureaucracy against its citizenry. Illustrated by the decisions and actions made by President Obama and his administration so that the American public can decide for themselves and reach their conclusions of President Obama's role in the crime of the century, the Russian hoax conspiracy. ¹²

GLENN GREENWALD COMMENTARY LAYING OUT THE ORIGINS OF OBAMA DESIGN PLAN 

In July 2021, renowned liberal pundit Glen Greenwald published three articles explaining how President Obama took the foundational tools created by Bill Clinton and George Bush and how his administration used the Patriot Act in response to 9-11 to create a weapon for use in Obama's fundamental transformation plan to change America. Greenwald exposes how Obama and his ilk put together an alliance of ideologues within the government (Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Intelligence Community (IC) with the private sector (big tech and finance) was assembled, in the most powerful government weapon using the power of the state in criminalizing political differences ensuring compliance of its citizenry in achieving its goals. [Note: Greenwald's warnings in his articles came true of how Obama and his administration weaponized the government in predicting the two-tier justice system and corruption within the Federal Bureaucracy.] ¹³ ¹⁴ ¹⁵

Greenwald articles make the following salient points:

• The weaponization of the Intelligence apparatus and the FBI originated under President Barack Obama. ¹⁶ ¹⁷ ¹⁸ ¹⁹

• Allowed recruiting ideologically aligned political operatives’ ideologues within the government (intel community) and the private sector (big tech and finance). [Note: Illustrated by the texts of FBI Agents, released of the Twitter files and the Missouri AG Schmitt's Lawsuit Against Biden.]²⁰ ²¹ ²² ²³

• Explained how the US intelligence apparatus metastasized and became the most effective weapon against its citizenry.²⁴

• Why the oversight or "check/balance" in the system became functionally obsolescent?

• Highlighted how the people behind Obama are some of the same people now behind Joe Biden and hold positions in the Biden Administration. [Note: Antony Blinken, Secretary of State, Lisa Monaco, Deputy Attorney General, John Carlin, Assistant AG head of DOJ National Security Division, Mary McCord, Special Counsel to January 6th committee, Matthew Olsen, Vanita Gupta, Samantha Powers, Victora Nuland, Jon Finer, Susan Rice, Jake Sullivan, FBI Supervisory Intelligent Analyst Brain Auten and former Special Agent in Charge FBI Washington Field Office Timothy Thibault.]²⁵

• Eric Holder played a key role in his position as U.S. Attorney General in the DOJ in recruiting ideologically aligned political operatives who were aware of the larger institutional objectives.  [Note: In 2014 Attorney General Eric Holder changed the entire DOJ organizational chart making the Deputy AG the DOJ’s main point contact for the entire national security process. Tashina Gauhar was selected by Holder as the Deputy Attorney General’s national security adviser and deputy assistant attorney general for intelligence. Tashina Gauhar was one of a select few people to convince than AG Sessions that he should recuse himself. Tashina Gauhar was directly at the epicenter, of the most controversial time frame for the Mid-Year-Exam (MYE) Event team. Gauhar was one of only three MYE people who actually had the responsibility to review the Clinton emails from the Weiner/Abedin laptop. The other two were Peter Strzok and the unknown “lead analyst”]

• One of those objectives was weaponizing the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD), a division inside the DOJ that had no inspector general oversight. For most people, the DOJ-NSD weaponization surfaced with a hindsight awakening of the DOJ-NSD targeting candidate Donald Trump many years later. However, the Holder crew had executed almost eight years of background work by then. ²⁶

• Obama/Holder established control over the FBI. Why was that important? Because the FBI does domestic investigative work on anyone who needs or holds a security clearance. The removal of security clearances could be used as a filter to build further the internal ideological army they were assembling. Additionally, with new power in the ODNI created as a downstream consequence of the Patriot Act, new protocols for US security clearances were easy to justify.

• [Note: Using the tool of security clearances played an essential role in purging the DOJ/FBI and hiring ideological people who think like them. The FBI, in retaliation, has revoked the security clearances of the FBI whistleblowers sending a message to FBI personnel not to cooperate with Congress. AG Garland followed up FBI actions by issuing a memo to Justice Department personnel reiterating the department's policy of prohibiting communication with members of Congress. Ironically none of the retired Intelligence officials who were signatories on the October 2020 manufactured letter that the Hunter Biden Laptop was Russian disinformation, still retain their security clearances.] ²⁷

• This filtration of security clearances facilitated the careful selection of fellow ideologues within the security clearance process. The hiring of FBI Elvis Chan illustrated this hiring of FBI agents based upon ideology, as Chan was the lead FBI agent who coordinated with Big Tech to suppress information. Chan wrote his college thesis that Trump colluded with the Russians expressing his disdain for Trump—the texts of convicted FBI Lawyer Clinesmith, Peter Strzok. Lisa Page and others within the FBI exposed a culture of hatred within the Leadership towards Trump. ²⁸ ²⁹ ³⁰ ³¹ ³² ³³ ³⁴

OBAMA DECISIONS

SPYING ON AMERICAN CITIZENS IN VIOLATION OF COURT-ORDERED SURVEILLANCE PROCEDURES

2011 

In 2011, President Obama loosened surveillance "minimization procedures," lowering the bar for oversight of the communications of American citizens who got swept up in foreign intelligence surveillance. Unfortunately, this change in intelligence collection surveillance procedures allowed the Obama administration to exploit the tools of the National Security Agency (NSA), the intelligence community's cryptology and signals intelligence powerhouse, which collects data on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans. ³⁵ ³⁶ ³⁷ ³⁸ ³⁹ ⁴⁰ ⁴¹ ⁴²  

[Note: The FBI never revealed the identity of the private contracting entity. Who is this private contracting entity, and what did they do with the NSA information? Hopefully, the House Oversight Committee can obtain the answers to these questions.]

2020-2021

May 2023, according to declassified court opinions released by the Office of ODNI, the FBI improperly searched a foreign intelligence database as they investigated suspects in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots and more than 100 people arrested in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd in June 2020.⁴³ ⁴⁴

2022

February 7, 2022, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) revealed that the FBI conducted roughly 3.39 million searches "using the identity of a presumed US person" from December 1, 2020, to November 30, 2021. NSA. US intelligence officials said the FBI executed millions of searches of American electronic data last year without a warrant.⁴⁵ ⁴⁶ ⁴⁷

OBAMA SHUT DOWN OF THE FOREIGN DENIAL AND DECEPTION COMMITTEE (FDDC) AND IGNORED THE WARNINGS OF THE IC 

If the Russians were such a threat to our electoral process, as documented in the Senate and Mueller reports, why, in March 2016, did President Obama shut down the CIA unit strategic Foreign Denial and Deception Committee (FDDC)? The FDDC, the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat operating for over 30 years. ⁴⁸ ⁴⁹

August 2016, why did President Obama ignore warnings by the US Intelligence Community at the height of increased Russian cyber threats by issuing a stand-down order for US Intelligence agencies to counter Russian cyber-attacks? ⁵⁰ [Note: The DOJ and the FBI told the Country that the Russians had interfered in the 2016 election. Yet actions by President Obama of shutting down US countermeasures go against the Russian interference narrative sold to the public by the media, Senate, and Muller reports, Obama/Biden administrations that the Russians were the responsible party.]

THE FIX WAS IN-OBAMA INTERFERENCE AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

On April 10, 2016, President Obama, in an interview with Fox News Chris Wallace, President Obama publicly stated that Hillary Clinton had shown "carelessness" in using a private email server to handle classified information. However, Obama insisted that Clinton had not intended to endanger national security. President Obama acknowledged that Hillary Clinton had transmitted classified information via Secretary Clinton's server. However, Obama suggested that, in the greater scheme of things, its importance had been vastly overstated and that it would not impact the ongoing FBI investigation into the matter and would not be tainted by politics. ⁵¹

In his articles for the National Review, former Assistant US Attorney Andrew McCarthy publicly pointed out in Obama's April 2016 interview that Hillary Clinton had shown "carelessness" in using a private email server to handle classified information. However, Obama insisted that she had not intended to endanger national security (which is not an element of the [criminal statutes relevant to her email scandal]. The president acknowledged that classified information had been transmitted via Secretary Clinton's server, but he suggested that its importance had been vastly overstated in the greater scheme of things

In McCarthy July 5, 2016, article, FBI Director James Comey publicly stated that Clinton had been "extremely careless" in using a private email server to handle classified information. However, he insisted that she had not intended to endanger national security (which is not an element of the relevant criminal statute). The director acknowledged that classified information had been transmitted via Secretary Clinton's server, but he suggested that, in the greater scheme of things, it was just a tiny percentage of the emails involved.

McCarthy's analysis of Obama's April 2016 comments and Comey's July 2016 comments showing both Obama and Comey used the exact verbiage in absolving Hillary of a crime by Obama as it was Obama who made the decision, not Comey:

• Obama made the obvious explicit: He did not want the inevitable Democratic nominee, the candidate he was backing to succeed him, to be indicted.

• McCarthy opined that Obama's remarks (inevitably echoed by Comey) did not mention that an intent to endanger national security was not an element of the criminal offenses and – in classic Obama fashion, Obama was urging her innocence of a strawman crime while dodging any discussion of the crimes she had committed.

• McCarthy stated Obama knew at the time – the president himself had communicated with Clinton over her non-secure, private communications system using an alias.

• The Obama administration refused to disclose these email exchanges because they undoubtedly involved classified conversations between the president and his secretary of state.

• It would not have been possible to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for mishandling classified information without clearly stating that President Obama had engaged in the same conduct. The administration was never, ever going to allow that to happen.⁵²

OBAMA'S ROLE IN THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT (ICA) REPORT 

President Obama emphatically denounced the conspiracy theory saying Russians successfully tampered with the American voting process. ⁵³

[Note: Yet President Obama was the person who shut down the FDDC, the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat operating for over 30 years and ignore warnings by the US Intelligence Community at the height of increased Russian cyber threats by issuing a stand-down order for US Intelligence agencies to counter Russian cyber-attacks. It begs the question why Obama felt compelled to order an assessment of Russian Interference in the 2016 election? The ICA, along with the Steele dossier, became the basis for the “Big Lie” Russian Hoax narrative promoted to the public by Obama, Hillary, and Biden with a compliant media that Trump had colluded with the Russians and was an illegitimate President.]  

On December 6, 2016, President Obama ordered the Director of The Central Intelligence Agency to Assess the Impact of the Russian Activities of The Intelligence Community (FBI, CIA, and NSA) Agencies on The Russian Interference "In The 2016 Presidential Election and Set an End of Month Deadline Present To The Public." Obama's directive ensured that Obama's Own Intelligence Chiefs Would Complete the Report and That the Report Would Be Submitted to the President, Allowing President Obama to Control the Narrative. CIA Director Brennan and FBI counterespionage chief Peter Strzok headed the effort. ⁵⁴

January 2017, outgoing President Obama issued an executive order directing the NSA to distribute data collected via wiretapping and the December 2016 ICA review to be distributed to all of the 16 other US intelligence agencies, making it easier for the nation's intelligence agencies to share unfiltered information about innocent people and more difficult for investigators to identify leakers.⁵⁵

[Note: According to a Fox News article dated July 29, 2020, by Brooke Singman, FBI Comey and McCabe pushed for the inclusion of the Steele dossier into the body of the ICA, but CIA Director Brennan and CIA analysts disagreed and were left out of the body of the report and put into the Annex A of the ICA. McCabe stated the reason the FBI wanted the Dossier included in the body of the ICA was because President Obama wanted all FBI information contained in the ICA.]

President Obama approved a statement by the US intelligence community in October 2016 accusing Russia of stealing emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC), despite the US government not having obtained the DNC server images crucial to ascertaining whether Moscow was involved in the theft. ⁵⁶

OBAMA ALLOWING THE FBI INVESTIGATIONS INTO TEAM TRUMP TO PROCEED IS CONSPIRATORIAL EVIDENCE OF THE CONSPIRATORIAL AGREEMENT 

CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation. Then, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved, Director Brennan instructed FBI Director Comey on July 25, 2016, to open up four counterintelligence investigations into Trump and Trump's campaign team. It begs the question, why did President Obama allow these investigations to go forward after being briefed by Director Brennan if Obama knew this was a criminal scheme by the Clinton campaign and DNC to taint Trump with Russian collusion? And then, in December 2016, the actions of President Obama ordered the ICA review, where the FBI, NSA, and CIA never considered nor assessed Hillary Clinton and the DNC's ties to Russia. ⁵⁷⁵⁸

For the last six years, the government, including Special Counsels Mueller and Durham, failed to properly investigate the origins of Hillary Clinton-DNC Obama-Biden's design plan to destroy Trump by conducting a conspiracy investigation in following the evidence to its logical conclusion. ⁵⁹

The Mueller team and the FBI investigation ignored Hillary Clinton-DNC's plan to interfere in the 2016 election, John Podesta's ties to Russian oligarchs and government officials, Steele's and Bruce Ohr's ties to Oleg Deripaska and other Russian Oligarchs with links to the Russian government.

HOW OBAMA CONTROLLED THE MEDIA

May 5, 2016, The New York Times published an interview with White House foreign-policy adviser Ben Rhodes, titled "The Aspiring Novelist Who Became Obama Foreign-Policy Guru.", in which Rhodes spoke candidly about how he manipulated the media and used them to disseminate his talking points. Rhodes gave the Obama Iranian deal as an example of how the administration created an echo chamber by using officials within the administration and experts from think tanks, academic communities, and the media. Rhodes said, "They were saying things that validated what we had given them to say." Rhodes boasted how the Obama administration exploited younger journalists, who "literally know nothing," but went on to say the echo chamber was created with the older, experienced journalists, the men, and women at the top of their profession whom Rhodes claimed he manipulated for two terms of the Obama administration. Rhodes said all they wanted to have access to President Obama and referred to himself as the "Dean of American Journalism, and they deserve no less.“ ⁶⁰

2023 FBI WHISTLEBLOWERS TESTIMONY ON FBI CORRUPTION

May 18, 2023, three FBI whistleblowers, former Special Agents Garret O'Boyle and Steve Friend and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen, all chose to speak in Thursday's hearing led by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

SA Friend disclosed he witnessed "FBI collusion with Big Tech to gather intelligence on Americans, censor political speech, and target citizens for malicious prosecution." 

SA Allen believed that not all present that day on January 6 exhibited "criminal conduct." Nevertheless, the FBI branded Allen a traitor because he questioned the government narrative of January 6, 2021.

SA O'Boyle stated he witnessed corruption within the FBI and that all Americans should do whatever it takes to fight the tyrannical forces brought to bear by the US government.

Former FBI Agent Kyle Seraphin stated that The FBI's counterterrorism investigations targeting suspected White supremacists and right-wing extremists are mostly "entrapment" operations. ⁶¹

Retired FBI Special Agent Thomas Baker testified before the committee earlier in the year. Baker told committee members that the FBI changed significantly after 9/11. Baker stated that Former FBI Director Mueller "fundamentally changed the FBI from a law enforcement body to an intelligence-driven one."

Oversight Committee member Rep. Harriet Hageman (R, WY) summarized the whistleblower's testimony: "The FBI and the DOJ used the FISA court to obtain illegitimate surveillance authority. They've targeted political campaigns with which they disagree. They have created a Russia, Russia, Russia hoax to cripple a duly elected president. They have targeted Catholics for exercising their faith. They've targeted parents for wanting to protect their children."⁶²

CONCLUSION

Former President Obama, President Biden and their administrations, the Democratic party, their political allies in the media, Big Tech, and those in the entertainment field "Hollywood (commonly called the "cancel culture) have come together to suppress and censor free speech in the public forum to promote their ideological agenda in transforming America into a Marxist State as predicated in 2021, articles by Glen Greenwald.

Here is the question for the American people and elected official to think about, how do we move forward as a country in restoring the public trust and faith in the Justice system if there is no accountability for those who organized the most significant sedition coup in American history, the crime of the century the Russian hoax?

Governmental corruption and criminality should be a non-partisan issue, where every American should be concerned about their freedom from the tyranny of the state's ability to criminalize those they disagree with. But unfortunately, if this is the new normal, it will destroy this Country as we know it. The American people in the 2024 POTUS election will decide which fork in the road the Country goes down, the road where the Rule of Law matters or the road where the state continuation of the two-tier justice system. As President Jefferson said, "The government you elect is the government you deserve."
