This is another cover up of conspiracy theorist people like yourself covering up for a convicted felon who has used his position as POTUS to strong arm America and worldwide. The Orange God's a traitor and has undermined our country and our Democracy. These judges are doing what's right by stopping this this tyrant from invoking this act.The law requires war to be formally declared which only Congress has the authority to do. Trump is actually the criminal thug that's enacting authoritarian Dictatorship. These judges are standing up against this narcissistic psychopath.

I read the entire article. It’s well laid out and hard to argue. There is no doubt that ideologues are flexing Article 3 to at a minimum interfere with the President. I can’t remember a time other than Trump’s administration where judges directly attempted to subvert a Presidents authorities. I did pass it on.

Mr Seaman you cannot argue with cliches and fabricated talking points. I doubt any of these folks read the article. Regarding the article, thanks.

Would it be over the top to imply that these judges are part of a developing constitutional crisis?

I appreciate your comment was curious how you reached your conclusion. You’re right that most people skip reading the articles but I have no control over that. All you can do is put out the facts in public arena and let the readers decide what the value of information presented. All of the articles are written as educational pieces in educating those not familiar with the investigative and legal process from the prism of a federal agent who did these investigations for a living. So they can see the relevancy of the information on how it meets the elements under the Federal criminal statute of a crime.

if you don’t read the article how do you come to that conclusion of cliches and fabericated points? Secondly if you read the article you would have answered your own question if these judges are part of developing a constitution crisis. They are.

OK…truth be told the title grabbed my attention. I always scan a document looking for the theme. Because the theme doesn’t always match the title. Then I did a search for the typical anti Trump comments writer’s hide in their post to disguise their ideology. Then I look at the comments. When I saw your use of “cupcake” I quickly learned you were dealing with cliche clingers wielding “no one is above the law”. Anyway, I subscribed and I’ll reread your article but what I read helped me to confirm what I already believed regarding the actual constitutional crisis. It’s refreshing to find authors who just lay out the facts. I don’t care who you voted for or what you think of the current administration but it seems you are on the side of common sense and facts.

Pull your claws in I’m on your side. I was describing the commenters. I missed the constitutional crisis piece, but I’ve already reposted on a site where the subscribers are not ate up with resistance. It’s called the Wright Report. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Well, nobody is above the law.

This particular principle ensures that even those in positions of power such as " President " are subject to the same laws as everyone else.

A person or persons that promotes a culture of lawlessness, is subject to be tried to the fullest extent of the law.

The rule of law encourages citizens to understand, to participate in, and to respect the laws. Obeying and respecting the laws will help benefit all of us. It will also help maintain justice that protects our individual rights and liberties. In return, promotes equality and treated fairly under the rule of law. There's no exception to the rule either. Regardless who you are. This includes the President.

We don’t want a king a ruler. The courts are there to enforce the law. Trump needs to follow the law.
