WILLFUL BLINDNESS-DEBUNKING THE BIG LIE

In past years, Republicans and Democrats would prioritize the country over their party and their ideology. It is sad how we as a country forget our history that back in the mid-1970s that Republicans and Democrats worked together on governmental corruption. This was illustrated by the Watergate Investigation into Richard Nixon where both parties worked together. When it became apparent that there was evidence of Nixon’s criminality, it was the Leadership of the Republican party who forced Nixon to resign for the good of the country.

Unlike the hostility today, where you have the Democrat House leadership announcing that the Republican House impeachment inquiry is illegitimate, a kangaroo court, fishing expedition, and conspiracy theater rolled into one illustrates that the Democrats will spare no effort to continue the cover-up of President Biden’s corruption.  

September 12, 2023, Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, and Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar held a press conference in response to Speaker Mc Carthy launching a House impeachment inquiry against President Biden.

Leader Jeffries stated:

• Extreme MAGA Republicans have launched an illegitimate impeachment inquiry that is a kangaroo court, fishing expedition, and conspiracy theater rolled into one.

• There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has engaged in wrongdoing. 

• There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed an impeachable offense.

• There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed a crime.

• This is an illegitimate impeachment inquiry, period. ²

It is impressive that Jeffries is a lawyer who should know the law on evidence and what is not, but he chooses to ignore it. Jeffries is the poster boy for progressive lying, was one of the House Managers in the failed impeachment trials of President Trump and was one the promoters of the Trump-Russian collusion lie.

Regardless of parties, our elected officials should welcome investigations into governmental corruption. Instead, we live in two alternative Americas, where Americans of one party view the other party as the enemy and a threat to democracy, where the party in power has weaponized and criminalized the criminal justice system, enhancing the state's ability to go after its political opponents.

For the last four years, I have spent my time as a retired Federal Agent using my expertise in unraveling the Crime of the Century, the Russian Hoax Conspiracy, and debunking the "Big lie Theory" of Trump-Russian collusion by the democrats, those on the left, and the media by educating and warning the American public of the dangers of a Machiavellian power-grabbing scheme and the threat to the Rule of Law.

It is now time to stop the madness by calling out the Democrats and their lackeys in the media by debunking their lies of allowing the Leadership of the Democratic party, the media, and Big Tech to deceive the American people in a search for the truth.

From a commonsense perspective, I don't know any legitimate people or companies that set up front (shell) companies to launder millions of dollars through foreign banks known for money laundering from monies sent by Oligarchs and Chinese companies affiliated with the Chinese government where the proceeds go into the bank accounts owned by family members. This money laundering activity is a trademark of drug traffickers and organized crime criminals not elected officials.

The actions by the Biden family meet the definition of Money laundering by disguising financial assets without detecting the illegal activity of selling influence in a pay-for-play scheme to hide the origins of the money from the government to evade taxes and exposing their criminality.

DEBUNKING THE LIES

So, let us lay out some of the evidence on the Joe Biden play-for-pay scheme from a criminal investigator's prism so the American public can see the evidence and determine the truth.

Let us start with the lies told by Joe Biden when he was running for President in 2019-2020 and comments made after he was elected President:

At a campaign event in Iowa in 2019, Fox News's Peter Doocy asked Biden "How many times have you spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?" Biden replied, "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings," Biden even scolded Doocy for asking such a question. ³

During the first Presidential debate, Biden stated, "I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life."

On October 23, 2020, in the second Presidential debate, Biden Claimed he did not know anything about his son Hunter's international business dealings. 

President Joe Biden stated in numerous media interviews that he never discussed business with Hunter Biden's associates, responding to testimony from one of his son's former partners (Devon Archer) that he listened in on their calls and dined with them. ⁴

EVIDENCE - CORROBORATION

Direct Evidence - Witness Testimony

Tony Bobulinski a former Navy veteran said he was approached in late 2015 by James Gilliar, a man he had known "for many years," about joining him in a deal with Chinese state-owned energy company CEFC and "what he called one of the most prominent families in the United States."

Bobulinski said Gilliar told him that the Biden family wanted to form a new entity with CEFC to invest in infrastructure, real estate, and technology in the US and worldwide.

Bobulinski claimed that on May 2, 2017, Hunter arranged a meeting with his father, Joe Biden, to discuss the strength of the Biden family name.

Bobulinski said he was wined and dined by the Biden family to take the CEO in SinoHawk and develop SinoHawk in the United States in partnership with CEFC.

Bobulinski said Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States, took time out of his busy schedule while on a trip to Los Angeles, California, to sit down with him at 10:38 p.m. at a secluded bar inside the Beverly Hills Hilton hotel. Bobulinski said Hunter and Biden's brother, Jim Biden, were also present.

Bobuliski said the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Biden family name, his family, and the business deal with CEFC.

Bobulinski stated there was no reason for him to attend the meeting other than what I did with his family name and the Chinese company CEFU.

[Note: Joe Biden, through a White House spokesperson, denied this meeting ever occurred. The House Oversight Committee should be able to verify through U.S. Secret Service records identifying the agents involved who protected Biden on the evening of May 2, 2017, by interviewing the agents if a meeting occurred.] ⁵

Bobulinski said during the 2020 Presidential debates of hearing Biden denying meeting with Hunter's business associates called Biden a liar.

Bobulinski stated, "I have heard Joe Biden say he has never discussed his dealings with Hunter. That is false. I know firsthand because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden." Bobulinski said. "I've seen firsthand that that's not true because it wasn't just Hunter's business; they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line."

Bobulinski said he was one of the email recipients found on Hunter Biden's laptop from hell. The so-called "big guy" email publicly emerged in October 2020, detailing an attempted business deal between the Chinese company and Hunter Biden. The email referenced "10 held by [Hunter Biden] for the big guy. "Bobulinski said in October 2020 that "the big guy" is "a reference to Joe Biden." Bobulinski based his knowledge on his conversations with Hunter Biden. Bobulinski claimed Hunter "called his dad' the Big Guy' or 'my chairman,' and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals." ⁶

Bobulinski claimed he had a falling out with the Biden family when Hunter Biden wanted to pocket $5 million from an initial $10 million cash injection into SinoHawk, ponied up by CEFC. ⁷

Bobulinski said that he knew firsthand that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was aware of his son's business dealings in China, a claim that the former vice president has rejected. ⁸

Congressional testimony of Devon Archer, Hunter Biden's business partner and board member with Hunter on Burisma, refutes President Biden's lie that he did not know about Hunter's Business dealings. ⁹

Archer worked alongside Hunter Biden for the Rosemont Seneca Partners investment firm before both of them became board members of Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company, in 2014.

Archer stated that Hunter Biden had his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone around business associates a number of times over the course of his and Archer's 10-year business relationship and that Burisma would have gone out of business if it weren't for the "Biden brand" being attached to the company. ¹⁰

"My only thought is that I think Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn't have the brand attached to it. That's my, like, only honest opinion," Archer said in his testimony. "The capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to, you know, basically be in the news cycle. And I think that preserved them from a, you know, from a longevity standpoint."

He continued saying that having the "Biden brand" attached to the company made people "intimidated to mess with them" from a legal standpoint. He also testified that the "Biden brand" referred mostly to Joe Biden because he "brought the most value to the brand."

"Well, I think there was — there are particular, you know, objectives that Burisma was trying to accomplish. And a lot of it's about opening doors, you know, globally in D.C. And I think that, you know, that was the, you know — and then obviously having those doors opened, you know, sent the right signals, you know, for Burisma to, you know, carry on its business and be successful," Archer testified.

Archer also specified that Hunter Biden would not "overtly" throw out things his father could do for Burisma. Rather, he would use "the brand" as a way to get leverage with the company.

Archer testified that in 2014, he, Hunter Biden, and two Burisma executives, Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharskyi, were at the Four Seasons hotel in Dubai having drinks following a Burisma board meeting. Zlochevsky, according to Archer, told Hunter Biden that Burisma needed "help from the United States government" to deal with the pressure the company was under from Shokin, the prosecutor in Ukraine who was allegedly investigating Burisma, visa troubles, and issues with assets being frozen. Archer then stepped away, and Hunter Biden was told to call "D.C."

While Archer said he was not "privy" to the call, Pozharskyi told him that Hunter Biden called his father, who at the time was vice president, but he could not verify that, according to the testimony.

Days later, Joe Biden was in Ukraine, threatening to withhold American aid to the country unless Shokin was fired. ¹¹

Rob Walker associate of Hunter Biden and “the husband of Betsy Massey Walker, the long-time White House personal assistant of Jill Biden, Joe Biden’s wife.” Walker had a role in distributing more than $1 million from China to at least three of President Biden’s relatives. Walker told the FBI Joe Biden had made an appearance at a meeting regarding efforts by Hunter Biden, Walker, and others to set up a lucrative deal with since-defunct Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC. ¹²

Walker told the FBI, "We were at the Four Seasons, and we were having lunch, and he [Joe Biden] stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don't even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, 'I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys, and could you?' And I think he [Joe Biden] was like, 'if I'm around,' and he'd show up."

The FBI agent then asked, "So you definitely got the feeling that that was orchestrated by Hunter Biden to have like an appearance by his dad at that meeting just to kind of bolster your chances at making a deal work out?"

"Sure," Walker replied. ¹³

CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE (Because “A” and ““B” happened; “C” is implied)

• On April 16, 2015, Vice President Biden attended a dinner at D.C.'s Cafe Milano with his son Hunter and a small group including Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi, a three-person Kazakhstani delegation, Marc Holtzman, then chairman of the former Soviet republic's largest bank, Kazkommertsbank and the Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, the former mayor of Moscow Yury Luzhkov. ¹⁴

• Bank records show Baturina paid $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden in February 2014, as she sought U.S. property investments. ¹⁵ ¹⁶

• An email dated April 17, 2015, from adviser to Burisma, Vadym Pozharskyi, from Hunter's laptop thanked Hunter Biden for inviting him to meet his father in Washington. "Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to D.C. and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It's realty [sic] an honor and pleasure," the email reads. ¹⁷

DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE

• Newly released State Department emails confirm Hunter Biden's role for Burisma in using his influence with his father's position to assist Burisma in accessing high-level State Department officials as validated by Pozharskyi wrote in a May 2014 email to Hunter, "We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc .to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions." ¹⁸ ¹⁹

• In a letter dated June 9, 2015, then-Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland wrote "We have been impressed with the ambitious reform and anti-corruption agenda of your government" in a letter that was delivered to the prosecutor two days. Nuland wrote that "Secretary Kerry asked me to reply on his behalf" to let Shokin know "he enjoyed the full support of the United States as he set out to fight endemic corruption in the former Soviet republic." ²⁰

• Two Emails obtained from Hunter Biden's laptop dated May 3 and May 16, 2016, show Hunter provided income statements, passport details, and even utility bills to Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi to set up an account at the now-defunct SataBank in Malta in 2016. Emails from Pozharskyi showed the account Burisma was setting up for Hunter by sending documents to auctioneer Pierre Pillow suspected money launderer at Satabank in Malta. After an investigation, Satabank was shut down in 2018 by the Maltese anti-money laundering agency the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU), which found 'gross deficiencies' in its adherence to the country's anti-laundering and terror financing laws which the bank allowed 'significant volumes of monies' to pass through it with insufficient safeguards. Pillow, and his company PGP Trading Limited, were charged in 2020 with laundering' millions of euros’. ²¹

• An email dated November 2, 2015, from Hunter's laptop from adviser to Burisma, Vadym Pozharskyi, addressed to Hunter and Archer. RE: Revised Burisma Proposal, Contract and Invoice. The November 2, 2015, email is significant because it plainly states what it is that Burisma expects to get for the money is its going to pay Blue Star and for the money, it had been paying Biden and Archer. ²²

• November 22, 2016, Classified Email from George Kent, the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, to U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch. RE: Zlochevsky Meeting Request -Herbst, Atlantic Council-Blue Star, where Kent warned that Hunter Biden's lucrative job with a Ukrainian energy company "undercut" American efforts to fight corruption in the Eastern European country. ²³

• The Kent document listed allegations of Bribery and Hunter Biden's business dealings in Ukraine “on how they undercut” U.S. efforts to fight corruption. The document confirms President Trump's call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had merit. ²⁴

• The tape-recording between Vice President Biden with President Poroshenko on FEBRUARY 28, 2016, wherein President Poroshenko told Biden, "Yesterday, I met with the General Prosecutor Shokin," Poroshenko told Biden on a February 28, 2016 phone call. "And despite the fact that we didn't have any corruption charges, we don't have any information about him doing something wrong … I especially asked him to resign." ²⁵

• December 29, 2016, Unclassified Email from Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch to Nuland, Eric Ciaramella, Anna Makaju (now Facebook), Brink (State), Gregory Pfleger (NSC) plus cc to three State officials Karen Robblee, Ken Toko and Anna Benjaminson RE: FW Kyvi Post: Onyshchenko accuses Poroshenko of Pressing Burisma energy firm linked to Biden, Kwasniewski with an attachment of Kyiv article dated December 28, 2016.

  FYI, Onyshenko in the news again in this very long article. This time there are accusations that Burisma allegedly had a subsidiary dump natural gas as a way to pay bribes. Mentions that Kwasniewski are on the Burisma board. ²⁶

• The significance of the email from Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch to Eric Ciaramella is it shows Ciaramella was a CIA analyst assigned as the Ukraine Director on the National Security Council, was in the loop about allegations of Ukrainian governmental corruption, corruption of bribes made by Burisma and Vice President Biden's son, Hunter association with Burisma. [Note: Ciaramella was identified by several news reporters as the Whistleblower in the Inspector General (IG) complaint and indicated in their news articles everyone knows in Washington DC that Ciaramella was the Whistleblower, and that Democratic House Managers were hiding him because of his political bias."] ²⁷ ²⁸

• Former Ukrainian deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko had recorded a year of Poroshenko conversations. The recordings are consistent with how Biden has publicly characterized his efforts to get former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin fired in return for loan guarantees from the United States in 2018, a video where Biden boasted that he secured Shokin's firing over concerns of corruption in the prosecutor generals' office. Biden, in his own words on the video, authenticated the audio recordings. ²⁹

• FBI Source document FD-1023, where a trusted FBI source privy to conversations with Burisma Executive Vadim Pojarski and the owner of Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky, reported allegations of a bribery scheme by President Biden and his son Hunter. The source stated Hunter was hired by Burisma to secure access to his father to help stifle an investigation by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Shokin into Burisma. ³⁰ ³¹ ³²

  [Note: This is updated information on the arrest of the FBI source referenced in the FD-1023. The mainstream media is using the arrest to confuse and deceive the media to discredit the House Oversight Committee investigation into President Biden. ³³ ³⁴

  Let's refute and show how absurd the mainstream corporate media attempt to deceive the public by claiming the arrest of the FBI informant verified the contents in the letter by the 51 intelligence officials in October 2019, that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation and that the House Oversight Committee investigation into President Biden is a political scam.

  The problem is the media leaves out the documentary and witness testimony evidence collected by the Oversight Committee showing that Joe Biden and his family members were involved in the play for pay influencing pedaling scheme. Here are the known facts that the media does not want the public to know:

  The Biden family received the bulk of their monies from Chinese businesses associated with the Chinese government.

  There are 29,000 emails by Joe Biden using his pseudo names showing Biden's involvement in the business dealings.

  The establishment by Biden of using front companies to launder their $$$ through notorious foreign banks known for money laundering is a tactic used by criminal organizations to hide the origins of the money. Honest citizens or businesses do not use these methods.

  The money ended up in the bank accounts of the Biden family.]

• Bobulinski released hundreds of text messages and emails from the formation of the company and his position as CEO between the Biden family and China's largest private energy company, SinoHawk Holdings. In one message sent on May 20, 2017, Gilliar warned Bobulinski not to mention the Democratic nominee's involvement in the SinoHawk deal. "Don't mention Joe being involved, it's only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that but they are paranoid," a screenshot of the message from Gilliar read. Bobulinski said Gilliar and fellow partner Rob Walker were "paranoid about keeping Joe Biden's involvement secret."

• New York Post reported that the Washington Post became the second major news outlet to reverse course and admit that emails from the infamous Hunter Biden laptop are authentic — nine months after it obtained them and a year and a half after the New York Post first reported on them. The paper said two security experts used cryptographic signatures from Google and other technology companies to validate nearly 22,000 emails from 2009 to 2019, including messages related to Hunter Biden’s controversial overseas business dealings. Some verified emails involved a deal President Biden’s son pursued with the CEFC China Energy conglomerate for which he was paid nearly $5 million, according to the Washington Post. ³⁵

• Subpoenaed bank records indicate Walker, an ex-Clinton administration official, distributed Chinese funds in early 2017 to President Biden’s brother James Biden, son Hunter Biden and daughter-in-law Hallie Biden — with $70,000 going to an unidentified Biden whose first name was not specified.

• Suspicious activity reports (SARs) from six banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, submitted over 170 suspicious activity reports to the Treasury Department regarding the Biden family, alleging their involvement in money laundering, human trafficking, and tax evasion. The American banks also raised concerns about wire transfers received by the Bidens from foreign state-owned entities, notably from the Chinese government, allegedly for the purpose of money laundering and tax evasion. The foreign wires were found to be directed towards Biden's business associates before being funneled through 20 shell companies associated with the Bidens. Subsequently, the funds were distributed among various Biden family members.³⁶

THE COVER-UP

• All these documents listed above were exculpatory and withheld from the American public by the U.S. government and Democratic House Managers so they could move forward to impeach Trump to protect Joe Biden's candidacy by accusing Trump of a crime that Biden did that arguably impacted the 2020 election—using the same Modus Operandi, of fabricating evidence of a crime they used to protect Hillary Clinton's candidacy by accusing Trump of colluding with the Russians. ³⁷

• October 2020, Bobulinski stated he provided the FBI (FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten) the contents of three cellphones containing encrypted messages between Hunter and his business partners, along with emails and financial documents detailing the Biden family's corrupt influence-peddling operation in foreign countries during Joe's vice presidency. But his evidence appears to have fallen into the same black hole at the FBI as Hunter's laptop, never to be seen again. ³⁸

• Bobulinski, stated he reached out to U.S. Attorney David Weiss multiple times through his lawyer to alert the Delaware federal prosecutor that he was willing to speak to the grand jury, a representative for Bobulinski told the Washington Examiner, but Weiss did not return their phone calls nor ask him to appear.

• In August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment used by an FBI Headquarters ("FBI HQ") team to discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation improperly and caused investigative activity to cease. ³⁹

• FBI whistleblowers allege that in August 2020, FBI Headquarters "improperly discredit[ed] negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease. ⁴⁰

• IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who said investigators were limited by federal prosecutors in exploring Joe Biden's potential links to the Chinese business pursuits of Hunter and James Biden.

• The IRS Whistleblowers who were the Supervisory agents on the Hunter Biden tax investigation and considered the experts by the Prosecutors on the case in collecting evidence and connecting the dots through their testimony, alleged that DOJ Prosecutors interfered in their investigation and that the Prosecutors would not let the agents pursue Hunter tax crimes and tipped off Hunter of impending searches and interviews. It is now apparent that these Whistleblowers played a role in stopping the DOJ from allowing a plea deal agreeing to end the IRS investigation without requiring a guilty plea from Hunter on any future charges.⁴¹

• Before the interview with Walker, IRS Supervisory Agent Shapley said, "we had obvious questions like who was H, who the big guy was, and why this percentage was to be held separately with the association hidden." But the whistleblower said Delaware assistant U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf "interjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guy" and stated she did not want to ask questions about "dad." ⁴²

• Victor Shokin the Ukranian Prosecutor fired blows up the Democratic spin that there wasn't any investigation going on, under him. He outlines some of the investigative steps he had taken, including freezing the assets of the Burisma co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky in Feb. 2016. The claim that the investigation had been dormant under him "has nothing to do with the reality of the facts." ⁴³

• The FBI in October 2019 suppressed the New York Post story on Hunter Biden's Laptop from Hell by concluding with Big Tech, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other major platforms in censoring the story from the public domain. ⁴⁴

• The FBI buried Hunter’s Laptop for the last three years to protect President Biden. [Note: The FBI Agent responsible Timothy Thibault retired from the FBI after the investigation by the Office of Special Counsel into his anti-Trump social media posts.] ⁴⁵

• The fact that Tony Blinken, a former Obama official and current Secretary of State for the Biden Administration, was implicated by former Obama CIA Director Morell that Blinken was behind orchestrating the disinformation letter from the 51 Intelligence officials. In a sworn interview, Morell had admitted that Joe Biden's presidential campaign prompted the infamous letter in which Morell and 50 fellow former intelligence officials falsely claimed that material from Hunter Biden's laptop published by The New York Post before the 2020 election was Russian disinformation. This admission by Morrell is a crucial piece of evidence (overt act) in deceiving the public in furtherance and continuation of the 2016 conspiratorial agreement interfering in the 2020 POTUS Election to destroy Trump. ⁴⁶
