The public's right to the truth is a fundamental principle of Democracy and journalism. It's time to clean out the deep state of unelected bureaucrats who betrayed America.
On November 5, 2024, Donald J. Trump made history by being elected President of the United States for the second time. This monumental victory saw him win the electoral map and popular votes by a landslide. Trump's victory is not just a testament to the trust and support of the American people but a moment of immense pride and validation for all who believed in his leadership in restoring the American dream and putting the country on the right path.
The importance of Trump's election is that the American people recognized the threat of the deep state hiding the public's right to know the truth by highlighting the government's efforts to conceal the truth by rejecting the failed policies of the Biden-Harris administration. These policies, including open borders allowing in over 20 million illegals into the country and failed economic policies, were seen as detrimental to the nation. Kamala Harris's campaign of hatred, portraying Trump, his family, and his businesses as an existential threat to the country using Hitler's 'The Big Lie Theory,' further underscored the need for change. 1 2
The two assassination attempts on former President Trump's life are arguably the predictable culmination of eight years of gaslighting by the legacy media and former and current officials within the Obama and Biden administrations to destroy Trump from being elected and re-elected President portraying Trump as a dictator, a Nazi, and a threat to Democracy.
The average American people need to see how the system's checks and balances to prevent the weaponization and politicization by unelected Federal employees failed.
Instead of investigating the Russian Hoax conspiracy by following the investigative leads from the origins of the conspiratorial agreement to the last overt act of the Conspiracy, for some reason, the investigators never explained to the public how a Hillary Clinton-Democratic National Committee (DNC) paid-for bogus Steele dossier became the centerpiece for Federal investigations into Trump and members of his team of why the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) opened up investigations into Trump and his team with no evidence basis to do so as documented in Special Counsel Durham findings.
Special Counsels (SCs) Mueller and Durham never looked at the overt acts of the conspiratorial agreement as criminal violations; instead, they looked at the overt acts through the prism as political dirty tricks instead of pursuing the overt acts as criminal acts of a conspiracy to subvert the 2016 election and obstruct Trump Presidency.
During President Trump's Presidency, there were no instances of Trump instructing the Attorney General (AG), Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI to go after his political opponents, refuting the lies that Trump, if re-elected, will end Democracy as we know it, debunking the “Big Lie,” that Trump is a threat to Democracy.
In my 30 years of experience as a Federal Agent and Law Enforcement Professional in teaching and conducting conspiracy investigations for Federal prosecutions, it's beyond belief watching the absurdity of this mess of how the government and the media deceived the public with lies where the justice system imploded; the tools of the National Security Agencies were weaponized and politicalize by corrupted officials within the Obama and Biden administrations using Lawfare of "Show me the Man, I will show you the Crime," by criminalizing their political opponents and its citizens as part of the Hillary-DNC-Obama-Biden Machiavellian seditious Conspiracy plan to retain power and transform America into a socialist utopia by destroying Trump.

Trump's 2024 election landslide confirmed that the media and deep state disinformation campaign narrative didn't fool the American public, as illustrated by the prophetic quotes by President Abraham Lincoln and Hitler's Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels. 10 11
Today we live in a divided country where one half believes the other half is a threat to democracy, where there is a dual justice system in how the law is applied. One where those in power ignore the Constitution by criminalizing political differences and selectively using the state's power of novel legal theories called Lawfare against its political opponents using the Russian Joseph Stalin's reign of terror tactic, the Lavrentiy Beria modus operandi, "Show me the man, and I will show you the crime." Beria was the longest-serving secret police chief and Deputy Premier under Stalin. Beria first targeted "the man" and then found or fabricated the crime. 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19
HOW DOES PRESIDENT TRUMP BALANCE UNITING THE COUNTRY WITH HOLDING THOSE INVOLVED ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMINAL ACTS: WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
The Big Lie Theory and Lawfare have failed in a nefarious effort to cover up a long pattern of crimes and abuses against the American people perpetrated by a permanent bureaucracy gone rogue with a complicit media and the Democratic party as a partner-in-crime.
Less than a week after this landslide election, these unelected bureaucrats within the government, along with the media and the Democratic party, are following the same tactics they used after Trump's election in 2016 to obstruct his Presidency by forming resistance movements within the government. As illustrated by the media reporting CNN, Pentagon officials met recently to discuss and plan how to obstruct Trump's Presidency by overriding orders from President Trump. 20 21 22
PRESIDENT TRUMP TEN-POINT PLAN
On November 8, 2024, President Trump campaign team announced his ten-point Plan to clean out the deep state. 23 24
1. Removal of rogue bureaucrats through Executive Order.
2. Clean out corruption in the National Security apparatus. Overhaul the agencies so they cannot target Christians, conservatives, and enemies of the left.
3. Reform the FISA court.
4. Establish a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to declassify deep state spying, censorship, and corruption.
5. Launch major crackdown on government leakers who collude with fake news to subvert the government.
6. Make every inspector general’s office independent and separate from the office they oversee.
7. Ask Congress to create an independent auditing system to monitor intelligence agencies to ensure they are not spying on our citizens or running disinformation campaigns against the American people.25
8. Move parts of the Federal bureaucracy to new locations outside of Washington.
9. Ban Federal bureaucrats from taking jobs at the companies they regulate.
10. Push a Constitutional amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress.
Establishment of a bi-partisan Truth and Reconciliation Commission well answer the questions for the American people in how the Russian collusion Hoax narrative was initiated by unelected bureaucrats within the U.S Intelligence Community apparatus. 26
The left is freaking out of Trump's Plan to clean out the deep state, especially if Trump's new attorney general and the DOJ decide to go after those who organized and implemented the greatest conspiracy criminal in U.S. history legally accountable for their actions.27 28 29
US MEDIA ROLES AND HOW TO HOLD THE MEDIA ACCOUNTABLE
The media, the so-called fourth Estate, has abandoned its Constitutional role of exposing governmental corruption and government overreach by throwing away all journalistic standards and ethics in exposing their complicity in taking direction from the Democratic party, Obama and Biden administrations in suppressing and censoring free speech in the public forum to promote their ideological agenda of transforming America into a Marxist State. Unfortunately, the media has failed to do their due diligence in reporting the facts. Instead, they report false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts. The media efforts divided Americans with a total disregard for the adverse consequences to National Security and the Rule of Law. 30
None of this could have moved forward or succeeded without the assistance of the American media in enabling these co-conspirators to carry out their efforts to destroy the Trump Presidency. Despite the evidence and facts after EIGHT years, the media's role continues to cover up the CRIMINALITY by Hillary, Obama, Biden, and the DNC in their Machiavellian conspiratorial agreement to interfere in the 2016, 2020, and now 2024 presidential elections.31
RESTORING THE PUBLIC TRUST IN THE AMERICAN LEGACY MEDIA
Venture Capitalist David Sacks published an article in the Gateway Pundit laying out a solution to hold those in the legacy media accountable for failing to serve the public interest. Sacks suggested before the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) renews a station's license, the FCC must first determine whether, during the preceding license term, the licensee has served the public interest, has not committed any serious violations of the Communications Act, or the FCC's rules, and has not committed other violations which, taken together, would constitute a pattern of abuse. 32
