There used to be a time in this country when facts mattered to the media, and common sense was applicable. The media reported the facts in a search for the truth so the public could decide whether the facts presented would lead a reasonable person to conclude what was the truth or not.
Sadly, this is no longer the case in Today's America, where the media, the so-called fourth Estate, has abandoned its Constitutional role of exposing governmental corruption and government overreach by throwing away all journalistic standards and ethics.
Instead, the media has become the American version of the old Soviet Union media platform Pravda in promoting the Democratic Party's ideological agenda of transforming America into a Marxist State.
Instead, the media reported false stories after stories of hearsay after hearsay, rumors, innuendos, and unverified information from anonymous sources as facts—the media's complicity in covering up the crime of the Century Obamagate, the Russian hoax Conspiracy is destroying the fabric of the republic.
It is a forbidden story that no one in the Washington, DC, establishment wants to acknowledge or allow the American people to see the truth of how unelected bureaucrats within the government with the media lied, manipulated information, and implemented the plan to cover up criminal actions by those in power to change America based on their radical ideology, without considering opposing views.
Let's illustrate this starting with “Obamagate.” The FBI and the media told the nation that the origins of allegations that Trump and his team members were colluding with the Russians was based upon a meeting in a bar between the Australian Ambassador and a low-level member of team Trump.
Then, the original story changed; the public was fed story after story by the Pack media on the Steele dossier that there was evidence of Trump and his team colluding with the Russians. The Steele dossier was debunked by the findings in both Special Counsels Mueller and Durham investigations.
DOJ has charged Trump with violating National Security laws, with the media reporting that Trump compromised National Security. Both the DOJ and the media made no investigative efforts to apply the same legal standards on the actions of Hillary, Obama, and Biden in violating National Security laws by having classified documents. Highlighting to the public that there are two standards of justice and refutes SC Jack Smith claim that the laws are applied equally.1
Hillary Clinton communicated over an unsecured server for four years and had highly classified documents on her unauthorized server. The mere fact that she knowingly conducted official government business over an unsecured private email server while Secretary of State without authorization is evidence in and by itself of her intent to violate the Law.
Hillary Clinton received a Congressional subpoena to retain the records. Instead, she destroyed 33,000 emails and six communication devices, and bleach bit, cleaning her server of all information.
President Obama used an alias to communicate with Clinton over her non-secure, private sever communications system.
While a Senator, Biden took classified documents and stored them in unsecured locations.
Vice President Biden took hundreds of classified documents and kept them in various unsecured locations.
The record gatekeeper for President Biden and when he was Vice President Biden, Kathy Chung, was involved in the 1990s FBI investigation of Chinese government efforts called "China gate investigation." Reportedly, the government-sanctioned Chang for withholding and destroying records.
Chung, at Vice President Biden's direction, allegedly moved boxes containing classified documents in 2017 from the White House to various unsecured private office unsecured locations in Washington, D.C., and Chinatown. Chung entered the Biden orbit through her dealings with Biden's son Hunter. [Note: Chung is the focus of the FBI investigation National Security Investigation of Chinese intelligence gathering operations as a critical person involved on behalf of the Chinese government.] 2
Andrew McCarthy, a former Federal Prosecutor, highlights the DOJ's selective prosecution of Trump in his analysis published in the National Review of Obama's April 2016 comments and Comey's July 2016 comments, which showed both Obama and Comey used the exact verbiage in absolving Hillary of a crime by Obama as it was Obama who made the decision, not Comey: 3
Obama made the obvious explicit: He did not want the inevitable Democratic nominee, the candidate he was backing to succeed him, to be indicted by DOJ for National Security violations.
McCarthy opined that Obama's remarks (inevitably echoed by Comey) did not mention that an intent to endanger national security was not an element of the criminal offenses and – in classic Obama fashion, Obama was urging her innocence of a strawman crime while dodging any discussion of the crimes she had committed.
McCarthy stated Obama knew at the time – the president himself had communicated with Clinton over her non-secure, private communications system using an alias.
The Obama administration refused to disclose these email exchanges because they undoubtedly involved classified conversations between the president and his secretary of state.
It would not have been possible to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for mishandling classified information without clearly stating that President Obama had engaged in the same conduct. The administration was never, ever going to allow that to happen.
Let's LOOK AT THE ABSURDITY OF “Obamagate” the Russian Hoax Conspiracy to illustrate this salient point of how a suspected Russian spy and a Democratic operative became the sources for the Steele dossier.
Igor Danchenko and Charles Dolan were Steele's primary sub-sources for the dossier.
Danchenko was the subject of an FBI Baltimore office espionage investigation in 2010 that determined that Danchenko had ties to the Russian Intelligence Service (RIS).
In March 2011, the FBI closed its investigation, believing Danchenko had left the country to return to Russia. However, Danchenko never left the country but stayed in Virginia.
Special Counsel Durham found that the FBI never considered the possibility that the information Danchenko provided to Steele in whole or in part was Russian disinformation, even though the two FBI case agents said Danchenko had ties to RIS. 4
In 2017, the FBI made Danchenko a paid informant and hid his identity from Congress and the public despite the FBI Source Coordinator saying that Danchenko was probably a Russian double agent.
Fabrication of the Steele Dossier was the primary fact document used by the DOJ, FBI, and the Intelligence Community for the origin of the appointment of Special Counsel Muller by the DOJ.
The FBI wants the public to believe Christopher Steele and the contents in the Steele dossier duped the world's premier law enforcement.
The problem is the FBI lied to the public when the FBI said the origins of their Crossfire Hurricane investigation began in May 2016 with the meeting between Ambassador Downer and Papadopoulos. However, the facts show that the true origins of the Clinton-DNC-Obama-Biden plan started in December 2015 when the British Intelligence Service advised CIA Director Brennan of intercepted conversations of Russian Officials discussing Trump. 5
Lies by the FBI with a complicit media to deceive the American people through trickery and deception in carrying out the designed plan to interfere in the 2016 election that Trump and members of his team were colluding with the Russians. Their actions destroyed the public trust in the Justice system and undermined the media's role as the watchdog of democracy.
SC Durham's findings determined there was no legal prediction for the DOJ and the FBI to open investigations into Trump and his team. Their abuse and misuse of their color of authority in Show Me the Man, I Will Show You the Crime created the illusion that Trump and his team had violated the law. The truth was that they fabricated evidence and hid exculpatory evidence from the court.
Additionally, the Senate Intelligence Committee and SC Mueller team never looked at the National Security implications nor investigated Dolan or Danchenko's ties to the Russian government.
Lastly, the Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee, SC Mueller team, and the DOJ /FBI ignored Hillary Clinton-DNC's plan to interfere in the 2016 election, John Podesta's ties to Russian oligarchs and government officials, Steele's and Bruce Ohr's ties to Oleg Deripaska and other Russian Oligarchs with links to the Russian government.
It begs the question, Why?

An NSC audit ordered by the head of the National Security Agency (NSA) Mike Rogers in March 2016 discovered that the Obama administration had conducted a "massive unmasking" operation, resulting in findings of not 261 persons but "thousands" of unmasked Americans. 8
During a closed hearing on October 26, 2016, the Foreign Intelligence Special court (FISC) found that the government's failure to disclose the unauthorized data acquired queries to an institutional lack of honesty on the NSA's part and emphasized that this is a profoundly severe Fourth Amendment issue. The court findings said the NSA was not supposed to use an American's phone number, email address, or other "identifier" in running searches through its upstream database. It is this prohibition that the NSA routinely and extensively violated. The violations were so broad that the court could not determine its scope when the Obama administration ended. What occurred was a crime, yet no one involved was held accountable by the court; why? 9
February 7, 2022, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) revealed that the FBI conducted roughly 3.39 million searches "using the identity of a presumed U.S. person" from December 1, 2020, to November 30, 2021. NSA. U.S. intelligence officials said the FBI executed millions of searches of American electronic data last year without a warrant illustrating continue violations of the Fourth Amendment by the government and no one is held accountable.
DOJ Oversight found that the FBI employed a large staff of private contractor analysts with access to the NSA database system to review FISA information. Their data inquiries went beyond what was necessary to respond to FBI queries. The main finding was that the FBI had given FISA data questions information to a private entity, not an assisting federal agency.
The FBI never revealed the identity of the private contracting entity. Who is this private contracting entity, and what did they do with the NSA information? Hopefully, the House Oversight Committee can obtain for the American public the answers to these questions of the Why?
RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA
The DOJ and the FBI told the country that the Russians had interfered in the 2016 election.
If the Russians were such a threat to our electoral process, as documented in the Senate and Mueller reports, why, in March 2016, did President Obama shut down the CIA unit strategic Foreign Denial and Deception Committee (FDDC)? The FDDC, the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat operating for over 30 years. 10
Former FDDC officials believe shutting down of the FDDC was a deliberate effort by the leadership of the Obama intelligence community to prevent career intelligence officers from mastering how foreign adversaries – mainly Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran – waged denial and deception and from studying how to detect and counter it. 11
Yet President Obama was the person who shut down the FDDC, the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat and ignored warnings by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the height of increased Russian cyber threats by issuing a stand-down order for U.S. Intelligence agencies to counter Russian cyber-attacks. President Obama actions put U.S. National Security at risk. It begs the question of why Obama felt compelled to order an assessment of Russian Interference in the 2016 election as its obvious Obama didn’t believe that the Russians were a threat to the U.S. 12
The ICA and the Steele dossier became the basis for the "Big Lie" Russian Hoax narrative promoted to the public by Obama, Hillary, and Biden with a compliant media that Trump had colluded with the Russians and was an illegitimate President. 13
Release of the declassification in July 2016, notes of CIA Director Brennan, and the September 2016 CIA referral memo to the FBI by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) confirmed the Russians intercepted a conversation with a Clinton campaign official. The intercepted conversation discussed their false flag conspiracy plan to taint Trump with colluding with the Russians to cover up the Hillary Clinton email scandal. 14
After CIA Director Brennan briefed President Obama on the Russian intercept conversation information, Director Brennan instructed the FBI on July 25, 2016, instead of investigating Hillary Clinton and those involved. Director Comey opened up four counterintelligence investigations into Trump and the campaign team. In early September 2016, the CIA sent a referral memo to the FBI to investigate the allegations of election interference by the Clinton DNC, but the FBI ignored it. 15

How does the Steele dossier become the centerpiece of the FBI investigative and intelligence efforts on Trump and members of his campaign that later evolved into the Mueller investigation knowing the information was bogus?
Why didn't the Mueller team and the FBI investigate Hillary Clinton/DNC's Plan to interfere in the 2016 POTUS election, Dolan and Danchenko's ties to Russia, and Podesta's ties to Russian oligarchs and government officials? 17

Here are the questions that all Americans need to ponder before voting in the 2024 POTUS election:
Does the Rule of Law matter?
Can the Country's Justice system survive another four-year term as Biden as President?
Lastly, how do we move forward and stay together as a country in restoring the public trust and faith in the Justice system if there is no accountability for those who organized the most significant sedition coup in American history, the crime of the Century, the Russian hoax?
Any reasonable person looking at this information should conclude that the justice system is broken and that both the DOJ and FBI have been weaponized and politicalize for political purposes by the Obama and Biden administrations in using lawfare (Show me the man I will show you the crime) to criminalize those whose oppose their efforts to stay in power, as what occurring in the prosecution of Trump did not happen in a vacuum.
If the American experiment ends in 2024, by re-electing a corrupt President, Historians’ years from now will look back and ask how its citizens lost their way choosing group think over common sense and tyranny over freedom.
