CAN THE FBI BE TRUSTED-THE EPSTEIN FILES?
Why do we have rules and laws? Without rules and laws, we would only have the law of the jungle to guide human behavior and conduct; the law of the jungle is that anything goes.
This article urgently calls on the Trump Administration, as the current governing body responsible for upholding the rule of law, to swiftly investigate the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and its actions regarding the allegations of destruction of evidence and missing files in the Jeffrey Epstein case. The FBI's failure to adhere to established procedures and disobedience of the Attorney General's orders to surrender all the files and evidence has cast a shadow over this high-profile investigation, demanding our immediate and undivided attention.
The focus should be on the upper management of the FBI New York Field Division as they are the starting point for getting answers on whether there was destruction of evidence or just missing files withheld from Attorney General (AG) Pam Bondi. The Special Agent in Charge, the Associate Special Agent in Charge, the Assistant Special Agent in Charge, and the Group Supervisors assigned to the Epstein case at the FBI NYFD are the responsible oversight parties for a search for the truth.
The danger to the Trump administration is that the longer this goes on without a thorough explanation and investigation, the more it goes against their transparency narrative and allows for social media speculation that the Trump administration is covering something up. AG Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel must resolve this quickly, whether to confirm or refute the serious allegation that the FBI NYFD personnel destroyed the Epstein case file information, which is a serious crime. Their immediate action and utmost transparency are crucial in restoring public trust and dispelling any speculation of a cover-up.
THE TRUST ISSUE
Over the last eight years, the FBI has set a disturbing precedent by meddling in three Presidential elections, establishing a pattern of Conspiracy that the American people and the Trump Administration cannot ignore.
2016
In April 2016, Susan Rice, Obama's National Security adviser, FBI Director Comey, James Clapper, NDI, and AG Lynch purportedly met in the White House to discuss the Trump Team appointments of Page, Manafort, Flynn, and Papadopoulos.
On April 1, 2016, FBI Headquarters directed the FBI/New York Division to open a Counterintelligence investigation on Carter Page, knowing that Page was a CIA asset.
In April 2016, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan set up two Counterintelligence fusion cells, one at the CIA and the other at the FBI, targeting Page, Manafort, Flynn, and Papadopoulos. 1
These revelations corroborate that the Obama administration's FBI and CIA began investigating Trump and his team members in April 2016. The FBI lied to the public when it said the origins of its Crossfire Hurricane investigation started in May 2016 with a meeting between Alexander Downer, the Australian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, and George Papadopoulos in a London bar. This interference in the election process seriously breaches the FBI's duty to uphold the law and maintain political neutrality.
2020
The FBI promoted the censorship of a reputable news agency, the New York Post, and the story of Hunter Biden's laptop being edited and suppressed by the American public. The effects of both Twitter and Facebook banning the Hunter Biden laptop story at the recommendation of the FBI resulted in the election swinging to Biden over Trump, implicating the FBI in interfering in a POTUS election, which is a blatant violation of the law and a grave injustice. This interference potentially influenced the election outcome, raising serious questions about the FBI's role in maintaining the integrity of the democratic process and the potential impact on our society.2 3 4
2024
During the January 30, 2024, confirmation hearing for Trump's nominee to serve as FBI director, Kash Patel, Senator Grassley revealed the existence of whistleblower disclosures of email records alleging the genesis of the federal election interference case by Special Counsel (SC) Jack Smith against Trump began at the hands of FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault. This revelation suggests that the FBI's interference in political matters is not limited to past elections but is an ongoing issue that requires continuous vigilance and has to be addressed by the Trump administration. If not addressed, such interference could significantly impact the integrity of future elections. 5
An email dated April 11, 2022, shows Thibault approving the opening of Arctic Frost. The following email, dated April 13, 2022, was from an FBI agent to Thibault, stating that the FBI deputy director approved its opening.
The emails are documentary evidence proving Thibault broke FBI protocol by opening an FBI investigation called 'Arctic Frost,' which was critical in advancing the bureau's original investigation related to SC Smith's 2020 election investigation. This investigation, which focused on Trump, was significant as it tied President Trump to the SC Smith probe without sufficient prediction, furthering the FBI's attempts to frame President Trump for crimes he didn't commit.
The FBI's opening of the Crossfire Hurricane and Arctic Frost Investigations without sufficient predication explains why the public has lost trust in the FBI and indicates a pattern of Conspiracy. These actions point to the FBI's concerted efforts to falsely incriminate President Trump for crimes he didn't commit, a part of the 2016 conspiratorial agreement of election interference that continued in the 2020 and 2024 Presidential elections to discredit President Trump.
FBI WHISTLEBLOWER ALLEGES FBI NEW YORK FIELD DIVISION IS DELETING EVIDENCE IN THE EPSTEIN CASE
On February 24, 2025, Michael Shellenberger reported during a recent interview on the conservative influencer Benny Johnson's podcast that a former FBI special agent turned whistleblower, Garret O'Boyle, speculated that the Epstein files were documents destroyed by the FBI at the FBI NYFD and attributed his knowledge to a source within the FBI NYFD.6 7
O'Boyle alleged that the FBI 'systematically deleted' massive amounts of evidence tied to high-profile cases related to Jeffrey Epstein and internal operations against American citizens. O'Boyle speculated the alleged move was to obstruct investigations led by FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino. This destruction of evidence not only hinders ongoing investigations but also undermines the public's trust in the FBI's ability to uphold justice. 8
"There are FBI servers," said O'Boyle, "and people inside the FBI have been working night and day to destroy files on these servers."
O'Boyle's allegations set off a series of unfortunate events and added confusion among the American public, opening up a Pandora's box of unfounded Conspiracy theories in the public domain regarding the Epstein files. Combined with the fact that the FBI has established a pattern of lying to the public over the last eight years as illustrated by the FBI interfering in three Presidential elections, it has contributed to the public losing trust in the FBI.
These unscrupulous actions by the FBI showed the public that it was untrustworthy. So, how can the FBI be trusted to investigate itself?
AG Bondi on February 26, 2025, announced on Jessie Watters Fox news show that on Friday, February 27, 2025, that the Trump administration was releasing long-awaited secret documents containing "shocking" new details of crimes by child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and others. 9
On February 27, 2025, U.S. Attorney Pam Bondi released the Epstein files which was less than 200 pages of previously released flight logs, an evidence log, and a heavily redacted list of contacts that he public had previously seen. Bondi's release caused a media storm on social media sites, criticizing both AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel's handling of the release of the Epstein file information by accusing them of deceiving the public. 10
AG Bondi, after the release of the Epstein files and blowback from the media, stated that a source within the FBI confirmed that "thousands of pages" of documents in the FBI's investigation into the sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Bondi blamed the FBI for withholding these documents. The questions are: Are there missing files or not, and is the source information trustworthy? 11
AG Bondi sent a letter to Director Patel demanding the full Epstein files, which were allegedly kept secret at the FBI's office in New York despite her repeated requests for them. 12
AG Bondi demanded the FBI deliver the complete Epstein files to her office " by 8:00 a.m., on February 28, the FBI will deliver the complete Epstein files to her office, including all records, documents, audio, and video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients." Social media posts have suggested that the FBI complied with AG Bondi's order. However, there has been no confirmation from the DOJ or the FBI that this occurred.
Nowhere does AG Bondi or FBI Director Patel address the allegations made by ex-FBI whistleblower Garrett O'Boyle of the destruction of evidence in a high-profile case with political implications. It raises the question: Why?
A high-profile case with political implications would require an internal affairs team to be assigned to the FBI NYFD to conduct a preliminary investigation to determine if the allegation had merit. As it involved the possible destruction of evidence, the investigators would seize the servers, case files, and evidence. The team would then begin interviewing all personnel involved in the Epstein case, from support staff to upper management, to determine whether the allegations were founded or unfounded. But these aren't regular times when the Premier Investigative agency for the U.S. has shown to be untrustworthy in following established procedures.
AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel must explain whether the FBI broke criminal laws to the American public. Failure to do so will undermine their creditability and efforts to clean up the corruption within the FBI and the DOJ.
Lastly, DOGE's findings of massive waste of taxpayers' dollars in the Federal Bureaucracy exposed a gigantic failure of the oversight system within the Federal Bureaucracy. The audit of the Treasury Department by DOGE uncovered that 4.7 trillion dollars are unaccounted for and failed to follow established accounting procedures into where the dollars went. 131415
The DOGE audits indicated fraud was involved, demanding investigations. It presents a significant problem for the Trump administration, as the government currently lacks the investigative resources and expertise to conduct the anticipated massive Fraud investigations to determine the extent of the fraud within the Federal Bureaucracy.
To remedy the problem of a lack of investigative resources, the Trump administration needs to consider contacting the hundreds of former and retired federal agents with expertise in conducting financial investigations and bringing them back to trace the $$ from the DOGE audits that indicate fraudulent activities, determine if kickbacks occurred, and identify those involved.
In closing, AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel have an excellent opportunity to conduct investigations into government interference in Presidential elections, the Epstein files, and investigations into the audit findings of DOGE; doing so will restore transparency and public trust in the DOJ and FBI.
