BIDEN'S PREEMPTIVE PARDONS
Biden's preemptive pardons present President Trump with an opportunity to restore the public trust in the Rule of Law by establishing a Truth and Reconciliation Commission for a search for the Truth
President Biden issued preemptive pardons to Dr. Anthony Facui, General Mark Milley, and the members of Congress who served on the committee investigating the January 6th, 2021, incident, on the day of President Trump's inauguration.
Biden's decision to issue pardons for individuals not charged with crimes to shield them from potential retaliation by the incoming Trump administration is a significant departure from the norm in United States History. This unprecedented move raises serious questions about the sanctity of the Rule of Law and should be a cause for concern. 1
In his statement, Biden noted that the pardons did not denote guilt.
"The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country," he wrote. 2
Biden's pardons were not just about protecting these individuals but about covering up and preventing the American people from uncovering the Truth about their involvement in the greatest crime of the century: Conspiracy to destroy Trump by interfering in the 2020 Presidential Election. 3
Here is the good news: President Trump promised the nation, as part of his plan for a search for the Truth, that he would work with Congress in establishing a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to get to the bottom of the origins of COVID and the Conspiracy by those involved in the seditious coup to destroy him by using 'LawFare'-a term used to describe the use of legal systems to achieve a political end-in weaponizing and politicalizing the Federal Government in interfering in Presidential elections. 4 5
Biden's decision to issue preemptive pardons for individuals not charged with crimes could face significant legal challenges, potentially even in the Supreme Court. This possibility offers a glimmer of hope for justice, reassuring the audience that the legal system may yet provide accountability.
Biden's pardons open up a pathway for Congress and President Trump to question the legitimacy of these pardons, offering a glimmer of hope for justice. The American public has seen with their own eyes the cognitive mental decline of Biden, raising the question of whether Biden was mentally competent to issue these pardons or whether there were others behind the pardons. Trump's incoming Department of Justice Attorney General needs to release the taped interview of Biden's interview with Special Council Robert Hur. SC Hur's reasoning in his findings of not pursuing Biden on criminal charges was that SC Hur found Biden to be mentally incompetent to stand trial. The release of SC Hur's interview is in the public interest so the American people can judge for themselves. 6 7
More importantly, it presents an opportunity for Congress and President Trump to establish a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to search for the Truth. This process could bring the people Biden pardoned before the Commission, shedding light on their roles in the COVID debacle and the January 6th committee as part of a Conspiracy to destroy President Trump. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission, a body designed to investigate and acknowledge past wrongdoing, could play a crucial role in uncovering the Truth behind these pardons. This potential for truth-seeking should engage the American people and give them hope for transparency. 8
If the individuals pardoned by Biden are brought before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and lie under oath, they can be charged with perjury, as they have no protection under the 5th Amendment to claim self-incrimination. This underscores the seriousness of the truth-seeking process and the potential legal consequences for dishonesty. Perjury is a serious offense and could result in further legal action.
Biden's pardons may backfire as they open the door for a search for the Truth for the Commission to determine if their actions were part of a coordinated Conspiracy coup. Instead of providing protection, Biden's pardons could lead to further investigation and potential legal action for the consequences of their actions. It shines a light on the American people, seeing the Truth of how close they came to losing their freedoms.
Lastly, the pardons do not protect those pardoned from civil liability from being pursued under Federal Civil forfeiture laws.
Hopefully, the Republican leaders in Congress and President Trump follow through on their promises to restore the public trust in the Rule of law.
