X at it again censoring free speech. It appears X social media platform is controlled by the algorithms the programmers have set up to limit free speech.
X has censored and suspended my account for the second time in two years, the first time on April 23, 2023, and now on June 26, 2025, for posting my Substack articles on X. 1
For the last four years, I have been investigating the Russian Hoax Conspiracy, a crime of monumental scale involving election interference in the 2016, 2020, and 2024 Presidential elections of how the media and the government lied to the American people in covering up the criminal actions of those involved in the Conspiracy. 2
The review analysis consisted of reviewing the voluminous amount of open-source media reporting by comparing the information with the facts contained in declassified documents and government investigative findings, highlighting the scope and extent of the Conspiracy and the threat to U.S. Democracy by weaponizing and politicizing the National Security agencies.
The analysis lays out the evidence for a Prima Facie case of Conspiracy by documenting the coordinated actions by the Clinton campaign, Democratic National Committe (DNC), and Perkins Coie lawyers (Michael Sussmann, Marc Elias) to fabricate and disseminate false information tying Trump to Russia (e.g., Steele dossier, Alfa Bank allegations).
Special Counsel Durham's indictment explicitly alleges a "joint venture" (a term synonymous with Conspiracy) involving Sussmann, Rodney Joffe, and others to mislead the FBI about the Alfa Bank data, with billing records confirming that the Clinton campaign funded these efforts.
The Danchenko indictment further exposes the Steele dossier's reliance on unverified sources (e.g., Igor Danchenko, Charles Dolan), suggesting a deliberate effort to deceive. These findings establish a pattern of coordinated actions, which, align with the legal definition of a conspiracy under 18 USC 371—requiring an agreement (even tacit) and overt acts to defraud the United States. 3
On June 26, 2025, I received an email from X notifying me that my account had been suspended. Here is a copy of the email suspension notification from X:
Hello John,
Your account, John30113715761, has been reported and has been suspended for violating the X Rules, specifically for Violating our rules against Authenticity.
You may not use our services to engage in inauthentic activity that undermines the integrity of X.
Authenticity
April 2025
You may not engage in inauthentic activity that undermines the integrity of X.
We want X to be a place where people have authentic experiences. To make this possible, we do not allow any activity that attempts to manipulate our platform or disrupt our services through the use of inauthentic accounts, behaviors, or content.
Inauthentic Accounts
Accounts on X must be authentic. Under this policy, you may not create, operate, or mass-register accounts that are not legitimate, genuine, and transparent as to their source, identity, and popularity. This includes:
Unauthorized automation: Automated or scripted accounts that do not comply with our Developer Policy. Please note that, as a user, you are ultimately responsible for any third-party applications you authorize to access or use your account.
Fake personas: You may not use manufactured identities to engage in disruptive or deceptive behavior. This may include using stock, stolen or AI-generated profile photos, copied or stolen profile bios, and/or misleading profile information for the purpose of deceiving others.
Impersonation: You may not impersonate other identities of individuals, groups, or organizations to deceive others. Although you are not required to display your real identity on your profile, your account should not use false profile information to impersonate others. We allow compliant Parody, Commentary, and Fan (PCF) accounts on X only if the purpose is to discuss, satirize, or share information. If you believe an account is posing as you or your brand, you can file a report here.
The question is: How does the content in my Substack articles, posted on X, violate X's policy on Authenticity?
The content of my articles is based on factual information and presents an opposing viewpoint on countering the government and media disinformation campaign to deceive the American public. This is the connection between the suspension and the content of my Substack articles.
My X account handle is @John30113715761. X asked me numerous times if I was a bot. X has, at times, put my account on hold, requesting that I verify my identity due to the nature of my investigative work and the sensitive topics I cover.
The Substack articles I posted on X were not just informative but also educational pieces that explained to the public, especially those not versed in the Law, how the evidence and facts surrounding Russia gate meet the elements of a Federal Crime of Conspiracy. These articles were intended to educate and inform, not to deceive or disrupt.
The information presented in the article was fact- or evidence-based and written through the prism of a retired Federal Agent who had conducted conspiracy investigations for federal prosecutions for 30 years, with extensive experience in the field. This professional background informs and validates the content of my articles.
The articles were crafted with the utmost respect for the reader's intelligence. They were designed to present the information in a way that allows them to draw their conclusions, fostering a sense of empowerment and respect.
How X determined that my content was inauthentic is beyond explanation. Especially anyone on the X platform who can see with their own eyes the hundreds of inappropriate postings of disinformation content by people using vulgarity, calling people racist and Nazis. Yet these accounts are okay under X platform rules. I hope Elon Musk reads this article and sees there is a problem with how X gatekeepers are selectively applying the rules.
One problem area I noticed on X is the number of Bot accounts that impersonate real people by using their photos and bio information across multiple X accounts which ironically is in violation of the rules under Authenticity of Fake personas and Impersonation.
Final comments: X suspended my account based on an unclear definition of authentication, with no explanation, by censoring the content of my articles, which countered the government and media disinformation campaign aimed at deceiving the American public from learning the truth.
Whether X reinstates my account or not, serves as a warning to users that X isn't the free speech site that Elon Musk claims it to be.
